I have been there for 4 days during the business trip. I really liked the location, service and breakfasts there. The room was clean, and not small. The interior is nice and warm)))
As this hotel no so old, i looks very fresh and no removation is needed as for today. There were no problmes with paying the biil with credit card, that's a relief)))
If I go again to Bishkek, I would definately stat at his hotel))

The staff of this hotel was exceptional - great front desk staff. My first room had no hot water but it was immediately rectified, by moving me to a different room. Do keep in mind, the rooms are not lavishly appointed - spartan really - but functional. The food at the hotel is fairly limited, but you can order take away - and the front desk will help you place those orders.
The hotel restaurant wasn't open for food at dinner - but it is open for breakfast. The breakfast is quite scant as well. Honestly, I would go back just for the staff! I felt very welcomed and comfortable in this hotel - mostly because of the staff.
There are non-smoking rooms, but smoking is allowed in some rooms (you can still smell it). Do note that in Kyrgyzstan, it is still allowed and perfectly acceptable to smoke indoors.

Room Tip: Higher floors probably have less traffic noise - the 2nd floor was quite noisy.

Stayed there for 5 days during business trip and was amazed how helpfull staff is and how clean and modern rooms are. They are always open for discounts if you book directly without using bookxxxx.com websites. It is very central to all businesses, Shopping Malls and restaurants.
I stayed at Hyatt, Ritz Carlton and other best hotels around Central Asia and decided to stay at Evropa Hotel since found it better then non-caring big chain of branded hotels. Will definetely come back!
P.S. Thanks to Receptionists and Porters.

the hotel is nicely located close to everything, and provides a free taxi from- and to the airport. staff is extremely helpful and smiling, and that counts in kyrgyzstan. the hotel itself needs facelift, and asap. furniture has a lot of scars, and to use the shower is next to impossible. the water is either ice cold, or boiling hot. the periods of "acceptably cold-not scalded yet" are about 7 seconds.that made my life really hard. i was in 6th floor, my colleague in the 5th one - the same problem. maybe it's better in lower floors, dunno.
rooms are clean, though, and spacious. breakfast pretty much the basics, nothig what you woul cry if you hurry to work.
price is mid-level for bishkek, and if you do not benefit from a close proximity to your work site in bishkek, you find better food and bath in abundance in the city.
however, if it would be modernized, it may be a real diamond. the great staff that worx there would deserve.

Good convenient position with short walks to all the major spots. Nice clean rooms, very helpful staff. Good choice for breakfast too. Only issue (thus the 4 not 5) was the heating... on full (25 deg) so to cool down you opened the window onto a very noisy cross-roads.... or turned on the rattling old air conditioning unit.

What makes this hotel so pleasant is the staff... Super helpful, friendly and all who work the front lobby and desk have very good English skills. I can't say enough how pleasant the staff were at this hotel. The other big bonus to this hotel is the complimentary airport transfer to and from hotel... I wrote to staff about my arrival and they got back to me very fast to say they would have a driver waiting with a name card --- which all worked out very smooth.

The hotel location is an easy walk to Victory Square (Not to be confused with Victory Park) and, if any walking skills,, no too far from Ala-Too Square. There is also many shopping centers and a Soviet-era bath house nearby which is a very nice visit and people who work and attend there are more than willing to help you figure out the routine when using it.

The rooms are fairly basic but very clean and plenty of room with updated bathrooms that are very nice and functional. The beds are comfortable also. Wi-Fi in the room works great. Too minor issues was the AC unit didn't seem to have much capacity for the room itself and the TV was in Russian so, unless understand Russian -- it was near impossible to figure out how to navigate and input any channels. Breakfast was basic but decent.

All that said I would not hesitate to recommend a stay at the Evropa Hotel.

This hotel is in an excellent walk-to location for both sightseeing and restaurants. Our room, 209, was plain (except for the white alligator wallpaper!) but comfortable with lots of little amenities (including robes, much appreciated). This hotel does have air conditioning which we didn’t realize until too late so we slept with the windows open to traffic (this didn’t really bother us). Higher rooms might be quieter tho, FYI. The staff jumped to take care of anything we needed, including finding us a restaurant for dinner during Ramadan when restaurants after 8 are quite busy. We walked to Red Cow for dinner and to NAVAT for lunch the next day. The room rate includes a nice breakfast buffet, which allowed us to try some local foods. Coffee was fabulous! The bonus: free shuttle from the airport to the hotel which I was able to book by email just two days beforehand.
