This hotel has seen better days. I was there with my son for a few days, and have to say was disapponted but ... The receptionist and I guess manager was helpful, the communication through WhatsApp was efficient. Rooms are spacious but need been refreshed, bathrooms are clean and modern. Breakfast is ok and served on time in your bedroom. The pictures are a bit misleading, as the restaurant, the bar and the pool are not working. The last complain is the location, it is a bit far away from the city center and the surroundings are not great. The place needs heavy investments but nothing will change location.
We were here for two days as a family The hotel is certainly showing age The breakfast is atrocious no variety Very basic The staff are helpful but the infrastructure is lacking A little away from the main sights and shopping The self allotted 5 stars certainly don't belong
Stayed with group. Big rooms with all required amenities. Though it is 5 star, they dont have bell boy for luggage transfer.. NO ROOM SERVICE AVAILABLE. Huh.. But yes, have co-operative staff with their limited resources.
We have grop of 60 pax no service and water facility whole day. Hotel management not able to give proper response even sr manger also unable to explain . Dont advise to book this hoter near future. This is not 5 star hotel
They claim for five star but not worth 2 star . Breakfast does not have much , no facilities and toiletries. You have to waist time every time asking for it . They don't understand simple English . Total waist of money
Travelled to Bishkek in december, I guess that was the reason the hotel was empty and without any life. It has a open swimming pool in the front of the hotel as well but it was frozen with snow along with almost all outdoor areas of the hotel. Temperature was as low as minus 10 degrees or less. Hotel otherwise has decent lobby area, breakfast area, conference rooms, clean large size rooms with tea coffee machine, good bathroom, some of the rooms are with balcony as well. Very fresh look of the building and friendly staff. Breakfast was decent. It is not city center, and for every activity you drive to city center for 20 minutes which was troublesome but I choose the hotel ourselves so no regrets. Hotel also offers wi-fi for all guest and I was also provided with a password according to the floor, however even with the limited number of the guests in the hotel the was very slow and most of the times it didn't work. Wi-fi in the lobby was high-speed. Over all nice accommodation for a comfortable stay in Bishkek.…
I have been into this hotel for past 6 times in last one year.I can say it is a best in class hotel.Freindly staff specially at the reception.Nice menu in breakfast.Rooms are really spacious with a countryside view. All in all stay has always been a worth.
On arrival at this hotel, which had been selected as part of a tour that I was on, it looked as if it would be very nice. However, once I got to my room, it became obvious that there was very little maintenance going on. Issues that I had with my room included: 1. The heating didn't work which was an issue as it was very cold. When I complained, the maintenance man bought up a freestanding radiator which didn't work particularly well either. 2. There was no extra blankets in the room and the bedding provided was inadequate. 3. The shower head was not well fitted and wouldn't stay in position so it was almost impossible to have a decent shower. There was also very little hot water. 4. The safe deposit box was not attached to the wall and didn't operate effectively. 5. When I got to my room initially, the door card didn't work so I went back to reception and had it recoded. Went back to the room and it still didn't work. This happened again several times during my stay which was infuriating. The reception staff were very nice and extremely apologetic but nothing seemed to get fixed effectively. The breakfast was also very poor and the location of the hotel is terrible and nowhere near the centre of the city. …
The hotel is located about half hour from airport. The hotel was well maintained with clean linens and clean bathroom. They provide excellent choice of toiletries and bathroom was really good. Buffet breakfast was average with not much choice in deserts. Overall good hotel worth to stay in Bishkek. Swimming pool was dirty and not maintained. They should improve this section.
This is the worst hotel I have visited in my life said to be rating with five star no such facilities are available All these can be seen in the pictures attached double bed room was adjusted by keeping extra bed locks broken shower with such a small height who's is very difficult to take shower even for 4 ft person Took too long for check in Even though they had empty rooms bciz of mismanagement we were giving rooms on different floors We said there is not a proper management they said it's the same we have At breakfast dishes where very less and if some dish got finished they said they don't have more Not recommended for stay
