Overall a very good stay - in line with most of the comments which have already been shared. Superior room was spacious, so was the bathroom. Housekeeping needs a touch of improvement as there were no bathrobes in the room and also the shampoo container was empty. To be honest, we never asked afterwards to have them. The massage we had was superb and recommended - hopefully you don’t have to explain anything to the masseur as the only language was Russian. Breakfast was if very good quality - the breakfast team has been run very efficiently to have food replenished on time. 2 highlights here - the skyline view and the fresh espresso/cappuccino prepared 😀. The reception staff could have done with a little better English, but ok we managed to address all questions. Location of the hotel was very good and with such beautiful weather all to see locations were within max 30 min walk. Recommended…
This was an efficient hotel great for business travelers. We were a family of four with two kids under 3 and they only issue was to maybe have a high chair in the restaurant. The rooms are great and loved the eco friendly bath amenities for shampoo and soap - dispensers. The breakfast area has great views of the mountains and the staff was very accommodating. The minibar was stocked and had great quality items of beer and wine. There is no room service and the menu outside of breakfast is not the best but other than that no complaints.
First time to Bishkek and not sure what to expect, country and mountains beautiful. I was disappointed about the hotel and the room l was given it had a moldy/damp smell.. reason is the shower and floor of the bathroom has wood slats.. not good and this is giving off a horrible smell. Main reason also l changed rooms was the air-con was leaking in the bathroom., the air-con unit was outside the bathroom and pipes in the ceiling of the bathroom. Also the bed in the room area was too big for the space and l felt cramped in. I was given a larger room which was better. I was there for 6 nights on a business trip so would have appreciated a room in the newer block near the restaurant..l arranged a hotel pick up as the hotel promotes this and was let down that the car that picked me up had a head light that was out and sellotape covering the area and the seats were dirty..it would be a good idea too that the hotel added more to the evening menu..however, two good points about the hotel was it’s coffee and the friendly staff; they are very professional and accommodating.. l think that l would stay at the Hyatt opposite next time.. if l would have known about the Hyatt l would have stayed there.. : )…
We had two separate one night stays at the beginning and end of our 8 night tour around Issyk-Kol (lake). The bed was very comfortable and the room had many amenities including terry cloth robes and slippers. The front desk and restaurant staff were very service oriented. We had two breakfasts and one dinner at the hotel. The meals were excellent and had various options. This hotel has a pool and sauna which we did not have time to use since our stays were so short both times.
The hotel location is among the best, in the middle of the city. The room was very nice, spacious and with a balcony and lots of natural light. Price is very reasonable and breakfast was good. Staff are excellent, very friendly.
I booked this hotel for 3 nights because of the price and reviews. It was a pleasure to stay here. Front desk and bar spoke decent English and were always helpful. Breakfast was tasty, omelettes great, nice smoked salmon and breads. Quiet room and comfortable bed. Very large room. Had Papa John's pizza for room service!
The hallmarks of this comfortable small hotels are a caring and friendly staff, comfortable and spacious accommodations, good breakfast with vegan and gluten free dishes, in the skyline restaurant with a magnificent mountain view, and the luxury of an inside pool and sauna for end of day relaxation. The hotel offered all I needed as a business traveler , good working desk and business center. I enjoyed taking a walk pleasant in the pleasant park nearby do some convenient shopping. Interesting combined reception /cafe bar design.
I stayed in this hotel during a business trip in November 2018. I liked my stay because the hotel had an excellent location, very complaisant staff, and nice rooms. Also, it had a clean and tidy sauna, which I enjoyed taking.
Stayed for four days to attend the conferece. Rather small hotel, with nice cozy rooms, small restorant and a swimming pool. Really friednyl staf who always was ready to come for help, if needed. The breakfast is simple, but has a choice of hot and cold dishes, and very tasty cottage cheese.
Very nice hotel, located perfectly in the very Centre of city. Affordable price, nice cozy rooms, fresh interior design, friendly reception and personnel makes it really welcoming for all is guests. Reception can help to change USD and Euro, and they have bicycle for free. Overall, very good impression
