Great business hotel, limited breakfast items on the buffet but was good quality. Fresh eggs to order, good selection of meat cuts, yogurts, cut fruits and bakery items. Rooms are good size, clean and very modern. They have a lovely picture of the night sky of the rural Kyrgyzstan country side, which adds a local touch to the room decor. The team is very responsive to all your requests.

Pleasantly surprised. I had few expectations. Previous encounters of Novotel was as a budget brand. Not so in Bishkek. Very comfortable, modern rooms. Air conditioning is superb and beds are very comfortable. Central location with a good kitchen. Breakfasts are very good.

I haven’t been staying into the hotel, but I was eating in the restaurant “Aracha”. That was incredibly delicious. The chef Samir did one of the best foods that I’ve ever ate! And he passed by personally to check! Highly recommend to visit this restaurant!

I stayed here on 3 occasions on my trip to Kyrgyzstan. I was very happy with the hotel and service received. The staff on the front desk and in the restaurant were all excellent and spoke good English. They were polite and professional and friendly. They seemed to genuinely enjoy interacting with guests. The rooms were modern and well designed and a decent size. The shower was excellent. I thought the selection of TV channels could have been better but the wifi was good enough to stream shows on the iPad. I did not have breakfast in the hotel but I did have dinner one day. I went for the Lebanese option outside. The portion was huge, tasty and well priced. I also went to the ANT coffee shop on the ground floor (this is a good option if you do not have breakfast included in your room rate).…

Business trip. The rooms were very good, well appointees and scrupulously clean. The restaurant served a sort of Eur-Asian fusion and was very good. But what sets this Novotel apart is the staff - I have never before found staff so friendly and helpful and efficient as at the Bishkek Novotel. I'd give it 5 stars just for the hotel but I'd give more for the staff if I could.

During our stay at Novotel Bishkek, we absolutely enjoyed the modern and contemporary interiror design touches of the hotel, which puts it apart from the “classical” hotel interiors. Each room has a unique art piece head board designed by local artists. You may see art pieces scattered around the lobby, dinning, bar, conference rooms by local artists. There is even an art gallery at 4th floor acting as an incubator for local young artists. We don’t even need to mention about the service quality. Clean, sharp-looking young people, with big smile. The variety of the food at breakfast and brunch buffets was a lot. We couldn’t even try all. Delicious food, no regrets. It was one of our top stays. Though the light swithces in the room is confusing, needs a re-programming. Thank you once more to the the hotel staff from the room service to reception, kitchen to GM. …

I really enjoyed my stay in this comfortable hotel, with nice facilities. The staff are the most wonderful thing in this hotel, they are professional, friendly and very helpful. They made me feel home and welcomed during my stay there, especially the restaurant staff and the front desk. The room was nice and cleanses was also up to my expectations, but there was no rope in the bathroom and no shaving cream. Definitely I will stay here next time during my visit to Bishkek

Clean and well located hotel close to the restaurants, bazar and other interesting places in Bishkek. The staff was well trained and service was good. Good breakfast and coffee. The rooms are spacious but not very user friendly. The aircon needs to be on otherwise it is cold, the central heating is not enough.
