This is an excellent hotel. The facilities are great and the rooms nice, but it is the amazing staff who really make the place tick. Particularly the waitrons. Service is super. Really very impressed. Pool, sauna and steam room are also good. The breakfast is huge and varied and hard to resist.

Quite modern hotel in a very city center. Surrounded by parks and other walking areas, provides you with usual sport activities, including swimming pool, gym, sauna and "hamam" (well, it needs to be some Eastern Asia exotic in there, doesn't it ;) ). Clean and fresh rooms with a good room service, cable TV, WI-FI. The breakfast deserves additional description: wide choice of dishes, including some elements of local cuisine and personal cooking of eggs or omelet makes it even better. Very helpful and polite staff.

This was the first of the hotels we stayed in a 3 -week, 20 person tour. It was not our most spectacular accommodation in Kyrgyzstan and China, but in retrospect it coupled a good room with a good breakfast, and the feeling there would be no 'surprises'.

Over 2 year span I stayed in 8 different hotels in Bishkek, always trying to get the best hotel. This one is hands down the best. It has a very nice pool, sauna and steam room. Excellent breakfast is included. The staff is attentive. The hotel is in the center within a walking distance to almost anything you need in Bishkek.

Excellent small business hotel in dnte of Bishkek. Walking distance (5-20 minutes) to many restaurants. Excellent pool, spa, and small but effective gym. Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent room price. Extensive buffet breakfast and chef on egg station. Garden lounge area and indoor dining/bar.

This hotel is in a reasonable location not too far from one of the many parks in the city. The staff service especially at breakfast was very good.I did not try the indoor pool but it looked very good.The reception for both check in and checkout was efficient.

This is a nice, clean hotel in quiet neighborhood, but close to parks, museum, government offices and restaurants. Room rates are reasonable and breakfast is quite good, with lots of choices. It will likely be my choice for future visits.

I slept four ago in this well run and comfortable place. The feeling of a protected oasis in the heart of Bishkek remains until today. Rooms are comfortable, well equipped, clean and the service is much better of what you usually experience in the country. The back garden is very welcoming for glass of beer or a meal. The breakfast is very decent for Bishkek. On top of that, the area is quiet, close to all official buildings. A valuable stop for business or leisure trip.

The hotel is nice and clean. All services (bar, restaurant, SPA, hammam) are excellent. The staff is super friendly and kind. A perfect experience. I strongly recommend and I also recommend Bishkek, a magic city!
