Stayed here for business while visiting from NYC. I was so impressed at the high level of service and the perfect English spoken by the staff. I will be traveling a lot in the future to Bishkek for business and this will be for sure my hotel of choice! Side note, do not miss the breakfast in the lobby, it’s so delicious, great way to start your day.

I stayed in Madison Avenue Hotel for the second time this year, and was very happy once again. Small, nice, clean, things are working, great staff. Very good breakfast with seasonal fruits. Housekeeping staff may consider not misplacing guests’ personal items - I had all my things moved from the table to the drawer. It’s ok, when you get used to it, though. However I would love to see my things were I leave them. Still, they are being nice, so no complaints. Great place, will stay there again, when in Bishkek.

Our family of four (ages 50 to 18) spent a total of 4 nights in Madison Avenue Hotel. 2 nights prior to our trip to Uzbekistan and 2 nights following. The hotel is very comfortable, with all the amenities one could ask for, including a most comfortable bed. The included breakfast was delicious and very hearty. We cannot say enough about the staff here as they are phenomenal. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable space in a bustling city. The hotel itself is within walking distance to many parks, restaurants, and cultural attractions. We especially loved walking through the Ош Базар.

The hotel is one of the nicer ones I've stayed at in Bishkek. It has a good location; not right in the center, but not too far of a walk. It's closer to the Osh Bazaar than the central square. There were some small things that didn't work in the room, like the refrigerator. But nothing big. And the friendly and helpful staff found a way to work around that. Sezim, Timur, and their colleagues all did a great job. I would stay there again.

Loved this hotel. The location is great - easy to find, close to the Central Market for those who want to explore, on a quieter street so your sleep is not interrupted. Beds are super comfortable, rooms are big, breakfast is awesome - much better than in many other hotels in Central Asia I've stayed in. And the staff is great - friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely stay here again, when I am back in Bishkek.

For the price you pay, this place is excellent. Clean, excellent service, and a staff that's keen on solving problems constantly. There are a few minor issues, but only things one would complain about if you had to find something to complain about. It's got two floors, is quiet, and is located centrally, so easy to walk around and make one's way to anything important.

We had a great stay here however you can smell the cigarette smoke in the hallway upstairs and it was quite strong smelling in our bathroom. So much so that if you are sensitive I would not recommend staying here. The room and service met all expectations and otherwise 5/5.

We were transferred by another hotel for some reason to Madison and we concluded that we were very lucky Ho Che a chance to stay in this lovely hotel! Hotel staff are super helpful and friendly, we arrived late and the restaurant staff offered the best he could to ensure we are feed well, food is delicious! Hotel is very clean, hot shower, service is great! If we have chance to visit Bishkek again, will surely come back! No hesitation to recommend this hotel to other travelers. Just one minor thing to note, there seems no lift in the hotel and in case you stayed on the second floor, taking luggages to the room may be an issue. However, the friendly hotel staff will bring them to the room for you.

Expected a standard average soviet hotel but was pleasantly surprised. Amazing hot showers. Really clean. Big rooms and great service from staff. Breakfast very delicious. Location is central and only 10mins walk to the markets.
