I do not recommend this hostel at all!!! first of all before checking in we were informing to the administration of hotel to clean the rooms and prepare for our check in, but when we arrived after one week of preparation the administration did nothing for us. for example the room was very dirty everywhere untidy and the floor was so messed up and dust all over the room. Moreover the administration is so rude , whenever you ask for the basic stuff for the room as per our agreement, she was not giving them with kind mind set, always have to ask for toilet paper or just to clean as a room service or just to make a laundry . Moreover was charging us after the 3rd of our laundry, when the laundry must include at least 4 times for a month. Before checking in we discussed that price is does include everything but when we arrived she told us that every time when we will be having laundry we need to pay extra money . We agreed on that as well as long as we wanted our laundry to be washed and clean but the administration was still so bad and having attitude, whenever we asked her to buy for us stuff to wash our laundry she were telling us that it's not her issue or problem so we need to buy ourselves. The service was totally not the one which we agreed on before checking in. We stayed one month in this month they were not assisting us at all! Even no-" good mornings or evenings" wishes. The other day strangers were knocking our door and always opening without our permission, whenever we complained to them to solve this issue and check through cameras she were telling us that we need to solve these issues by ourselves that administration does not responsible for this problems. We got shocked of service!!! Terrible!!! Also the door were broken after few days, and the lock of the dooe they did not change till the time we asked them at least 10 times. and we were asking for the key copies we got only one and the for the rest to get we had no any chance and again the administration was unprofessional and saying that we must copy keys ourselves. I have never been in such a badly very dirty and unresponsible hostel ever in my AWFUL! I do not recommend them at all.…

We stayed in a separate room. All the facilities are great. The property is located in the basement, so expect views to the road and parking. Small window. The reception is very very helpful and are really doing their best. Would be great if they had a complimentary tea/coffee station like all other similar places offer. Also in all common areas the lights were switched off, may be conserving energy. That is why it all seems dark and dull. Otherwise ok for one night.

Very nice hostel who expect high quality of service for a reasonable price. Nice clean and cozy rooms, a shared kitchen and a lovely common areas. Friendly, knowledgeable staff members are always willing to help. The breakfast Bolot prepared was very tasty. Everything is well organized. i enjoyed my stay here I would recommend this hostel to everyone!

Ya, this hostel was really very cozy,comfortable and clean. At first I've planned to stay here only one night, but a friendly and professional staff, (especially I want to note the administrator Saltanat) and a fantastic atmosphere made me want to stay another couple of days. With a great plesure I'll recommend "My Hostel" to all who on business trip and to all travelers too. I wish the team and the hostel a bright future! Aida

I was there for two nights in April. First of all I liked the ambience of hostel in French style, second thing all equipment is new, third thing breakfast was included for the room price. There are variety of rooms, so everyone can find room in their needs. If you want to save money and get comfortable bed, definately choose this hostel
