If you need to stay near the southern part of Bishkek this is a good option. The hotel has only 8 rooms and all were booked by our congress participants. The service is very friendly especially Bermet who helped provide directions and advice. The rooms are clean and with fresh colors. My room had a useful long bench so I could work and spread out my gear. From the hotel it's possible to walk to local restaurants and shops and convenience stores. The neighborhood is nice and safe. The only disappointment was the breakfast which lacked real coffee as the coffee machine was broken when I stayed there. Otherwise highly recommended.
I really regret that I could stay there just for one night. Staff is really friendly and helpful, they speak English. You can pay by card and have simple but nice breakfast. Rooms are modern, well equipped and clean. Location is also good. It was a pleasure to stay in their hotel.
Super clean.room has tea/coffee amenities.also a toothbrush kit and shower gel and shampoo. Clean towels and gown. Plenty of closet space.Strong WiFi.great customer service in terms of assistance with transport and trip .close to city center and super quite.they will also assist with airport transport. Aidana the manager is super patient and always ready to answer all your questions. Will be returning for sure:)
We stayed at IO hotel for 2 nights, and it was wonderful. It is a small boutique hotel but modern one. Well designed, well equipped, it was quite and clean. We had enough hot water for long showers, and stable / fast WIFI. Breakfast was good, and the most important thing was the lovely staff that gave us an excellent service always with a huge smile. *Thank you IO hotel and staff for your warm hospitality!*
It was such a nice experience to visit this place during my business trip to Bishkek at the end of August. From pluses Comfortable location in the city center. Really welcomed stuff. Especially I would like to thank reception Aidana who provide my documents on time before I left. Highly recommended based on Price and Quality. Imola from Budapest
I stayed in this hotel for 12 days. It is conveniently located on Sovietskya Street, near the southern edge of the city. It is extremely quiet, in spite of being located on a busy street. My room was at street level (heavy bars on the windows), but I only rarely heard a siren or a loud motorcycle. The room was very nicely furnished, with muted colors and patterns with a very a comfortable bed. -The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They seemed very conversant in English. -The breakfast was always served at a time convenient for my schedule and was more than adequate. The breakfast was the most typically Kyrgyz thing about the hotel, lots of protein (yogurt, cheese, sausage), fresh fruit, as well as tomato & cucumber, cereal, bread and coffee to your liking. In the room, there was a refridgerator which had a selection of alcohol, chocolate, nuts, and the Central Asian snack, kurt (salty cheese balls). -The one thing that was a very unexpected and "interesting" was that there were pictures in the room and in the stairwell by the South African punk rock group, Antwoord. (Apparently the interior designer is a huge fan of this band.) At first, I was put off by these pictures and took the one in my room off the wall and turned it around, because it featured the band members looking very angry. I didn't think I could live for 2 weeks with two angry people looking at me. But, after I learned what the pictures represented, I kind of got into it. I decided that it was a nice change from the typical, cliche-d, furnishings in most Kyrgyz places of pictures of mountains, horses, yurts, etc. There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy these cliches if one wants to. -I am a person who likes to be independent and explore new experiences. I can't imagine wanting or needing anything else from a hotel.…
It may be the "moon of Bishkek", as they refer themselves as in terms of location, but it is a very modern and clean hotel with complete facilities. I especially love the modern-deco, and the friendly and helpful staff who made sure that I am able to enjoy Bishkek with all their recommendations.
