Stayed in this hotel in December for a day. It's located in upper part if Bishkek, so no smoke is around and you can open windows wide open to enjoy fresh air. Super! Room was clean with all hygienic supplements, very friendly staff and nice food. Strongly recommend.
Clean with ficilities and comfert. The room is very nice. The location is out of traffic. most of your needs is near by. staff is very freindly. you get help when you need it. Also the brekfast is excellent. Thanks
The hotel was very nice and easy to get around. Nice gym, I didn't try the sauna. Room decor was nice, bed was comfortable, the chairs were out dated, recovered and uncomfortable. There were a few problems. The toilet seat was poorly attached, and I could not cool off the room with the AC system, I had to open the window, and this was not an issue until I found I was above the smoking area. The staff and service were amazing, anything I needed, or asked for, they delivered. The breakfast in the mornings were very good, lots of food, almost too much, as they pretty much brought me everything on the menu. WiFi was good, always available and good speeds. I do not speak Kyrgyz or Russian, but they always spoke to me in English, which was very helpful as my translator was not staying at the hotel. Upon check out, they sent me off with a boxed lunch for my trip to the airport, which I really appreciated. …
Beautiful foyer promised more than was actually delivered. Good size room with large comfortable bed, small bathroom but well set out with shower only. TV, fridge, desk and chair, lounge chair. There was an in room safe that was quite small and not secured in the wardrobe. The safe had flat batteries which I asked to have changed, a young man came to look and never come back, so as far as I know the safe is still unlockable. The room was very hot when we arrived, we set the air conditioning to 22c but the room became hotter (34c), we went to see reception about our faulty air conditioner only to be told that because it had been cold the other night all the heating had been turned on and you couldn't individually set the temperature. The only option was to open the window, which had no insect screen. Breakfast was a lot of pasty items but you could have your eggs made to order. We had dinner in the resturant to the left of the reception area, the meal and service were very good. Would try a different hotel if I was to return. …
I stayed for one night at the Jannat regency Hotel in Bishkek. The hotel is not in the central part of the city. It is, however, pleasant and bright, with a lot of marbles in common areas. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable, with all amenities. They are brightly lit. Two bottles of complimentary water are offered. I did not have breakfast as I had to leave very early to catch a plane so I cannot comment on it. However, I was given a breakfast basked, which was reasonable. Staff is nice and speaks good English. Wi-Fi is free and works in the rooms and in the reception area. A good experience.
The Jannat hotel is an excellent hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the service level was always excellent. Our room was very large and well fitted out. The bed was a delight, not a common experience in this part of the world. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
I stayed at the Jannat Hotel in Bishkek for a week in August 2019 as part of a team organizing a 3 day international conference for over 50 participants arriving from around the world. On the first day of the conference we unexpectedly had to find a new conference venue at very short notice. The hotel and its staff offered us use of their premises, which involved converting a number of different spaces in the hotel into conference meeting rooms. Staff even emptied out their office space for us to use. Converting these rooms involved multiple staff working through the night, enabling a smooth and calm transition for our event. I could not recommend this hotel more highly, the level of professionalism we experienced was exceptional. Staff were very attentive to a number of very specific needs of our group, the food was excellent and vegetarians were well catered for. The rooms at the hotel were large, clean and very comfortable. Participants at our event also enjoyed use of the swimming pool, gym and spa and the hotel assisted with arranging taxis' for tours and airport transfers, even providing a packed breakfast for those catching early morning flights. It is without hesitation that I would stay at the Jannat Hotel again and wish to extend our many thanks to all the staff who helped us overcome a number of challenges seamlessly.…
My wife and I stayed at Jannat Regency Hotel to attend a wedding party there in the hotel. Check in is at 2:00 PM. We arrived at 12:00 PM to get ready for the wedding party. The room was ready, however the clerk wanted to charge us half the room rate to get the room 2 hours early. So we had to wait till 2pm to get in the room. We were late for the pre wedding part because of this delay. The iron in the room was terrible and leaked water all over my wife new brides maid dress. The safe int the room did not work. At the pre wedding party the Champaign was served at room temperature. We will never stay at this hotel again.
A disappointing experience we had during our only one night stay (Moved to another Hotel). Room was old style, smelled of smoke despite a Big sign of a 100$ fine if you smoke in the room. Noisy A/C, Bath room cleaning was not done properly (see attached photo how towel and toilet accessories was found). We checked in early in the morning paid 205$ for the room (Booking.com was only 160$) The 205$ this was covering for early Checkin. Receipt was received with the check out date next day at 12am. Then 4 hours later receptionist kept calling our room (Was sleeping after a long night-flight) asking to pay more as we checked in early. Too keep this story short my best advice is there are lots of much better, newer, and cheaper hotels in Bishkek than the “4 Star” JANNET REGENCY HOTEL.
Very surprisingly high standard operated private hotel. Great breakfast buffet and staff attendance is top. Especially, Ms. Guzal appeared to be a very effective manager. Unfortunately checking into 311 suite at US$600.00 per night in the very late afternoon, housekeeping left two filled cup of teas, old water and tea bags!? In our other suite, 411, at 21.00 hours in the same evening we entered to find the suite has not been serviced from the last guest. Otherwise a very clean hotel with a large outdoor pool, which needs a little more theming to appear inviting, more flowers, sun beds, plants, tables, etc......
