My stay at the Orion was rather brief but I was very pleasantly surprised by it. One thing that stood out for me was the level of quality in the materials used. Perhaps the style may not be for everyone’s taste but overall you will get a very high quality product. Friendly staff and nice breakfast options.

Orion Hotel has a great location in CBD Bishkek, easy walking everywhere. The hotel is rather old, but in very good shape. My room was large, which is so important ; enough space to open luggage and not feel cramped. Wonderful fluffy bed and linen. The decor is a bit faded and could do with a renovation, but the timber floor is rich and spotless. Bathroom similarly grand with lots of really nice Acque de Parma amenities. Breakfast is sumptuous, plenty of delicious choice, but the room is more like a conference room and could be more intimate. Overall excellent hotel.

Everyone is ready to help you with all questions. The best SPA with very professional and friendly staff. I recommend this hotel with big Love. Really liked the massage from the master Batik. The team of chefs in the restaurant is wonderful-)

I had a very pleasant stay at Orion Hotel. That hotel outstands for the warm, polite and always smiling staff. The rooms are comfortable, clean, spacious, and well furnished. The breakfast is sooooo abundant and with homemade natural products, it is something not to be missed. Everything beyond my expectations. It was good visit. All well organized. Design is a litle bit heavy. Good location in the center of Bishkek nest to Erkindik Boulevard. Conference rooms of different sizes are available and nicely served.

The value for money of the room and facilities is great! The breakfast is excellent and the staff very polite. Fantastic swimming pool. Only the airport shuttle service is overpriced at 80 USD per trip for 3 people and luggage.

in general it was ok. However me and my guest said that food (spagetti and salad with seafood) was not so tasty. We also don't like the long check-in procedures (we are corporate customers, and usually for corporate it should be faster). Everything else was great.
