Efficient and transactional staff. Fabulous big room with amazing view of the beach.
The lifts were a little slow as such a big hotel (40 floors). The pool on 6th floor does not have loungers just chairs and a small bar and very loud music. Therefore not somewhere to relax. Luckily we are beach folk and it was a stones throw away.
There is an infinity pool on the 40th floor that hotel guests cannot use during the day unless they pay. This floor is a nightclub at night with shockingly loud music so a good place if you are not fussed about having a conversation.
A good location base and central to everything.

I booked a twin room sea view for myself and my son and we were very pleased, the room was new, big, nicely appointed, super bathroom, and stunning view. Jenny was extremely helpful allowing us a very early check in on the day we arrived and arranging a very good transfer to the airport at below taxi prices when we left. She was always around to be of assistance. It was fantastic value for money. If you want to be critical the present pool and pool facilities are way too small but we were told a roof pool and facility is being built, I assume Covid delayed it. It is a condotel as opposed to a hotel so don't expect 5 star concierge but it was not a problem for us. Great location.

Booked rooms with Star Beach Panorama and the rooms was filthy terribly. We ended up staying at another hotel and lost money here. The booking agent named Nhi with contact number 0796779777 refused to refund and quickly hung up my call. Please stay away from STAR BEACH PANORAMA so you won't ruin your trip.

Panorama Tower is in the center of Nha Trang, so it's very convenient to even walk to main areas of entertainment here, and it is also in front of the beach!!! The room was clean, well maintained and had a wonderful view of the main Nha Trang beach (if you book sea view room). Check in process was smooth. But as it's a service apt, you may not expect much help from the staff, though they are quite friendly. And most importantly the price is reasonable to the quality.

You can have everything walk distance , massage , night market , any resto ! It's more résidence place share with the empyrean hotel, elevator a bit crowded , share gym and swimming with empyrean hotel
Has small kitchen and big fridge , you can bring food in or cook , can order laundry company next to hotel ( 7kg over 100k VTD and it's perfect to clean and dry in 3 hours )

Just direct to see main beach with concert and main activities in town so no need to find other place .
Nice deal and easy access, can say good hotel with young kids , family room is nice and you can prepare young kids food at home

We stayed two nights at this hotel and it was excellent.
Upon arrival we were greeted by Jenny who gave us express check in. Jenny helped us organise everything including both airport transfers and pool access.
We were granted a free upgrade to a room with a city and ocean view. The room was huge and had a kitchenette, large bathroom and great ammenities. The bed was large and comfy and we had a TV, desk and sofa sitting area. The hotel has a fancy 360 rooftop pool that overlooks the city and beach. Please note you need to pay extra to access this pool but it’s not very much.
The hotel is close to everything including Sailing Club night club, food, bars, the beach and other necessary ammenities. From the room you can see Pong Na temple and also the giant buddha statue - both accessible by taxi (around 5-10 mins).
Overall great location for the price.

Rude security stood outside on 13/01/2023 at 1600. I don't know who he thinks he is screaming at me for sitting on the step. I'm paying alot of money to stay at this hotel and I expect to be treated as 5* not some scum at a market. Someone needs to speak to him and educate him how he should act and treat guests.

Good location and friendly staff.Biggest problem are the 2 bars either side play the most ear shattering music i have ever heard all day to 1am in the morning every day.Spoke to hotel staff and was advised that they can play music all day every day till 1am as loud as they want.Booked to stay for 2 weeks but only stayed 4 nights could not handle the noise any longer.If your after a relaxing place to stay DO NOT STAY HERE

I booked online this place but arrived at the locoation point impossible to provide me the room I booked on Agoda already. I had to pay and extra 20$ !!! The people there are scammers and need to be careful another report to authorities in Vietnam is on the way. This is not professional at all.. at least they stole me 110$... pictures of the lady who kicked me away when I refused to pay the extra money .. Hope Agoda and other websites will upgrade the danger of those scammers who afford rooms that they don t provide.. thanks

Everything is fine, the view was great, EXCEPT, there is a night club bagging music above your room the whole night. At the same time, sound isolation quality is below average. Unless you are a party person, go somewhere else if you don’t want your holiday to be ruined completely.
