Detailed Reviews
I have spent 3 nights stayed at this hotel with my family. The room was spacious, fully equipped with kitchen amenities, everything you need as a home. The staff were all friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Smart choice to stay.

It is equal to 5 star hotel but with a better price and more convinient. I stayed sometimes there in a 2 bedroom apartment, everything is clean as in a 5 star hotel. If your trip is just simple bussiness trip without any semianr or big events that require big meeting room, Times City Apartment is a right place for you to stay, in the apartment you have nearly every thing you need for your daily requirements: Kitchen, Washing machine, free private wifi connection etc.
in the ground floor (B1) there are alot of eating shops, restaurants, coffe shops, shoping centers, and entailment centers with high quality services and reasonable price (much beeter than in a 4-5 star hotels)
When you go out your room, around you is a clean, modern environment make you fill like you are in Singapoere or some other modern cities. I like to stay there every time i go to Ha Noi.

I live here. There is a water show everyday at 6 o'clock in the evening. The service was good. There is a huge shopping mall underground and a school near there. People are friendly. There is an international hospital called VinMec right opposite to my apartment. Very comfortable. Love it.

While in Hanoi, Vietnam on business, they chose to put us up in the Vinhomes Times City Apartments. They are located an hour from the main part of the city during rush hour which is when we were traveling. There are several buildings. I was in Building 10 and I know there were also 11 and 12 + several more. The area is referred to as Vin City and it is very much like a city, with an entry gate and fences all around. The concept may be good, but as a hotel for visitors it is not convenient nor are the amenities provided. Under all the buildings was a shopping mall and restaurants. There is no sense of the old city of Hanoi or any of the culture that a visitor wants to see. It was total isolation. It felt oppressive to me as we walked around. It was like being in another world.
I was in a 2 bedroom apartment with another woman. I had my own private bath while she had to go down the hall for her bathroom. When we got there the gentleman who showed us to our room proudly showed us where the ironing board was kept! As we tried to unpack, since we were there for 6 days, we found no hangars in either room. We looked for a blow dryer. That’s right, there was none. The next thing we were missing was shampoo and conditioner. Don’t all hotels supply these things nowadays? The first morning after taking a shower, my shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, as the drain had apparently been closed by the maid the previous day. My friend’s shower not only leaked all over her floor, but into and down the hall. As we patiently requested the items we needed and told them of the flooding, we quickly realized that they are just not used to having Westerners in their apartments. There were two gentlemen in our group, each in a different building than we were. They had even worse issues: a backed up sewer that provided undesirable odors for them to sleep with was the worst of their problems. There was maid service each day and the rooms were clean. However, even average hotels throughout Asia are superior to this one.
Breakfast was included in this stay, however, that was located in Building 5, a good hike while carrying a computer bag and materials in the misty rain each morning. The menu was limited in every sense of the word. The American breakfast was an orange slice, a small piece of watermelon, a hard roll, butter if you asked for it, and two eggs. I asked for my eggs over easy and of course, they came over hard, each morning. Those in our party asked for coffee and lattes. They were brought when we finished our meal, not before or with the meal. I asked for a bottle of water that never came, so after the first morning, I brought my own
