What a great time in Hanoi. Booked the Hanoi Club as it had facilities I needed for the week; gym, pool, golf and health spa. What I found when I arrived was an incredible team of people who were thrilled to support my needs in Hanoi. Free advice on the idea of riding a motorcycle through undeveloped Vietnam, feedback on my after work hours behaviour and strong guidance when I was making a poor decision - like a new family in Hanoi. Highly recommend
Stayed at The Hanoi Club Hotel in Westlake for three nights. Had a killer room with view of lake, the golf range and pool. Room was wonder, nice linens, bathtub and shower. And one of those space-age toilets that is like a captains chair, heated and different cleaning options...😊 The entire staff was awesome. Breakfast was pretty good, three different types of fruit juice. Fresh fruit, omelette station, pastries, sushi, Vietnamese dishes. Etc. they keep your coffee cup filled.
The staff were warm and friendly. The hotel is also a club, so it’s a bonus for those who are looking for facilities like a pool and gym. The pool and gym are bigger than most of those located in the Old Quarter. Interesting to see a replica of the Merlion at the pool. There’s also a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, etc. There are food places within walking distance and some local convenience stores to get drinks, etc. The area is a bit further from most tourist attractions, but it’s not too difficult to reach via a very short ride (I use Grab - a Uber type app that’s popular here). The airport transfer service was smooth. Check in and out also worked out nicely.
Everything was up to expectations during my stay in Hanoi Club Hotel. The staffs were particularly helpful, pleasant and special thanks to Monica who made our stay most memorable in Hanoi. Pleasant surprise the hotel has provided bidet toilet which is very hygenic. Would like to come back again in future. James Poh
I am surprised that they’re still in business with their unprofessional and unfriendly attitude. Their gatekeeper was so rude and looking down at customer. I will never come back or recommend this place to anyone. Never encounter such bad experience at a so-called 5 star place
The Tirant hotel in Hanoi was a fantastic place to stay for our family (2 adults, 3 children). Great service (special thanks to Chester!), lovely rooms, wonderful view from the skybar and restaurant/breakfast on the 13th floor and last but not least, the swimmingpool on the 13th floor. Best way to refresh after a warm day in Hanoi or around. Also the location in the Old Quarter near the lake was perfect.
Forget its reasonably-priced, lake-view view. The main attraction is its service staff. To my pleasant surprise, the bellboys Kevin and Riko remember my name and preferences upon meeting me again. I have only been there once before and I did not even tip!
From the moment I step into the hotel the staff made me feel like home:) the rooms are great and bed very comfortable. There is a pool outside which look very appealing but the weather has been quite chilly to swim. The location is very good and easy to get around. I enjoy the breakfast every morning and the staff at the restaurant was great:) i was very pleased with the staff at the reception, they where always extremely helpful. Lena, Monika, Kenny ( and the rest of the team) where absolutely amazing during my whole stay. I would definitely come back.
Totally enjoyed everything about this place .. the people, the rooms, the views, the breakfasts. It was also really easy catching a taxi or renting a driver - the hotel arranged it all for us. The only down-side was the iron determination of professional beggars outside the hotel
This place has been there since the 90s, so the facility is quite old, but the rooms have been renovated and well appointed. The view of the West Lake is nice and the area is surprisingly quiet at night. On the negative, the housekeep staffs are so loud talking in the hallways that it gave me a headache. the breakfast could have more variety but more importantly, should do something about the flies. Aside from that, the staffs are nice and helpful and the location is a quick ride from the city center. Will find another chance to come back.
