The Essence is a beautiful hotel in the middle of the busy old quarter. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely and spacious with all the necessities. Definitely recommend staying here when in Hanoi.

My friend and I just enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Essence hotel restaurant. The food was very good but we particularly enjoyed the friendly and attentive service given by Emma and Janes. Thank you both again.
