Ordered room service from the Korean restaurant and the quality was the best I ever had outside of Korea. The hotel follows strict no contact policy during this pandemic, as a result stayed in my room during my stay.
Really dissappointed during my stay at the quarantine hotel, the company paid 35 usd for our meal, but they offer 1 set for the whole day 2 meals, if you don't eat then you don't have one. Meanwhile at some 3-star 4-star isolating hotels, they have many set menus every day, even a vegetarian menu. This is a 5-star hotel, under the management of Hyatt International - Asia Pacific, but it is right or wrong to treat customers like that.
Pandemic era: everyone struggles to move on but this meal for pilots and flight attendants does not contain sufficient nutrients in a common sense (protein needed as not all flight crews are vegans) Flight crews were asked to take 3 meals like this everyday after fullfilling duties with high risk of getting infected
Very poor service for Quarantine Airlines Flight Crew meal costs 15$ equivalent 350,000VND due to overloaded as Hotel answered to Airlines’s managers. And Hotel forced Crew to use this kind of Set Menu instead of A Là Carte Menu even Airline pay for meals???
Hotel staff, smiling faces eager to make my experience one that is with the standards of Hyatt Regency during a quarantine was exceptional. Every request as a business travel would have was carried out by attentive staff. Meals, room servicing and comfort requests were all meet with kindness. Always has been and remains a great location fir the business traveler and I will be back again.
