This hotel is excellent. They have almost thought about all the needs of a guest. The location of the hotel is wonderful. The staff are the best. They are very kind and supportive. The room is spacious and clean. I liked their breakfast very much. I really enjoyed my time in this hotel.
The only downside was the sound of room's door when closing which was very annoying. You will be waken up in the morning as soon as someone in same floor closes his/her room's door.

Just back from this lovely hotel, we stayed 20 nights, and I really cannot find fault with it . All the staff from room cleaners all the way up were amazing and couldn't do enough for you . Rooms cleaned daily , fresh sheets, towels tea coffee replenished every day, bottled water every day.all toiletries provided and replenished every day.we stayed in room 509 and had a lovely view of the sea, classed as a garden room was lovely sitting on balcony listening to the hard rocks music. Breakfast was plentiful with so much choice. We ate at the hotel and the food was delicious presented beautifully. Enjoyed so much we are booking again for next January for 25 nights. Could do with more storage for clothes as there was only a small wardrobe and no drawers so we did have to keep a lot of clothes in the case but that is the only criticism that I have. Amazing holiday.

While the hotel was very clean and tidy, and the rooms modern, the staff, while trying their very best to offer a high quality service, clearly lacked training. Indeed it was obvious there was slot of training taking place, which while commendable, does not result in good service today. Other issues were the fact that the pool area had only 5 double sun loungers, for a hotel with, I estimate 100 rooms. We also had the disappointment of arriving at around 3 o’clock in the afternoon and as it had been raining earlier, all the lounger mattresses had been taken inside and staff refused point blank to bring them back out for us even though the sun was shining. The staff by in large spoke little English, which made things difficult, they charged to bring ice to our room. Our overriding concern however, and the thing which made our decision to move hotels, even though we had paid for the mera mare for 6 nights, was Pattaya Beach Front. To say it was seedy, and dirty, would be too kind. Indeed while I am reasonably broad minded, it’s a step too far to be opening invited to partake in pleasures of the flesh, whilst walking along the front with your wife in the middle of the afternoon.

We had a fantastic time in Mera Mare! We had our room clean everyday, staff were very helpful and always smile at us when going in and out of the hotel. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted warmly and all information (ie wifi, vouchers etc) was provided when we were checking in. While we were there, the swimming pool was not accessible due to revamp, but who needs it when there's the beach when you step out of the hotel. The location is perfect, there are restaurants near by within walking distance. There are constantly taxi and songthaew available outside of the hotel, which makes travel further in land so easy. All and all, we enjoyed ourselves when we were there, so much so that we just made a booking for 2024. We can't wait to go back!!

We enjoyed our recent stay at this hotel. The staff both at the reception and in the restaurant are very kind, smiling and always ready to help you. We took advantage of the very well maintained swimming pool. The breakfast buffet is impeccable with a wide variety of products offered. On several occasions we have eaten in the restaurant and have always been very satisfied with both the drinks and the food. We can only recommend this hotel where we will return on our next trip to Thailand.

I enjoyed staying at Mera Mare. Its an attractive hotel with nice rooms and bar fridge with beers and spirits. Good views. Bed is a bit hard. Reception offered a solution when I told them.
The pool is really nice and gym ok.
The lift is annoying with TV going and loud promotional music. They should turn this down to the lowest volume. Very tedious to hear this every time one enters the lift.
One night I walked back inside the lobby at 9pm and the old receptionist quickly asked my room number. I told her and then she started asking me about breakfast. I was not interested in trivial conversations about breakfast at that time of the night and thought it was quite funny to be honest. They could perhaps give staff training to that worker to use a more friendly tone in her voice.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Its a great option!

I had booked the family suite for our 6day stay eventhough I knew it was a little far from the hub. V had picked dis room specifically for the bunk beds and were very disappointed to c that there were no safety railings available. Absolutely not suitable for kids to sleep coz they could fall from the height. So the bunk beds were absolutely useless for us. We would have preferred another hotel which is much more closer to the hub and would have been easier to walk around.
Moreover , there is hardly any cupboard space for 4 people, we had to keep all our clothes in the suitcases itself or lying around on the floor in the room. We had to take turns to charge all our devices coz there were not enough power outlets.. absolutely no proper lighting in the room and the bathroom, just one average sized mirror in the bath and nuthing else.
It was a decent size room but could have been planned better, it just had a partial view of the beach. The breakfast buffet was good and the food we ordered as room service was also good. The overall ambiance and the proximity to the beach was excellent, if only the rooms were more comfortable !!

Me along with my brother stayed at this hotel from 24 to 30th June, 2024. Our experience of staying at the property was so good that we have already made another reservation for our next trip in November. The location was amazing exactly on the beach road. The breakfast was included in the room price and there were lots of options to choose from. The staffs at the restaurant were all very friendly and helpful. The reception staffs tried their best to accommodate all our requests. We had our room on the fifth floor and the view from the room was incredible. The room was big and maintained well.

Their listing on Expedia is highly misleading. Due to renovations, their pool, and gym are both closed, but they claim to be providing alternative amenities. That said, they do not have an alternative fitness center, they only allow access to the hotel pool next door. When I inquired about this through Expedia they claimed they do have an alternative fitness center but it requires TAKING A TAXI.
So unless you want to take a taxi across Pattaya to acres a fitness center (lol) I’d highly recommending avoiding this hotel. Without the amenities it’s an over priced 3 star hotel at best.

I came to the hot pastry addiction for the 4th time. Khun “May” is warm welcome and good service. When I picked the cake, the chef bakery, “khun Pia” walked in and casually introduced the cake. The cakes and drinks at this shop are delicious. I am happy to come to this restaurant. Thanks to the staff who served me well. See you again.
