We stayed at A One The Royal Cruise for four nights in January 2022. The hotel is not brand new, but relatively new and modern. It’s very clean, and the daily room service is great. The staff is very accommodating - for situations which I’ve seen many other hotels be less willing to help - like late checkout. The breakfast is great with sufficient variety, and the staff is very conscious of Covid risk.
All in all, A One the Royal Cruise was a great choice for our stay in Pattaya.

Very on point with the cruise ship theme, nice attention to detail like mini boat oars for the teaspoons.
Room was clean and comfortable bed.
Our door handle didn't work properly so it was awkward to get into to the room. The safe had no batteries so we couldn't use it.
Staff were a bit rude on the phone to my Thai brother in law, ahead of our check in. The staff were friendly to me (fahrang).
The pool area was very nice and they had a restaurant called Fat Coco which had beach views, and a decent selection of food and drink (not the cheapest but I think worth the price).
We had a bad check out experience. My mum was deducted deposit money but reception failed to adequately explain why. They said there was some colour on the pillow case which didn't make sense to us since they surely they wash the bedding anyway.
After clarification from my in laws it transpired its because special cleaning was required to remove transferred hair dye. Unfortunately leaving on a sour note tainted our experience. This matter could have been handled better.

Amazing hotel - cruise themed and gives a feeling of being in a cruise! Clean, spacious rooms. i stayed in the sea view mini suite and it was gorgeous. Their breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet is massive and what I loved is that I found a few vegetarian Indian dishes as well. Great stay here. And absolutely recommend for their hospitality and location - just across Pattaya beach!

Nasty hotel Full of rude Indians Hotel didn’t say the hotel is under construction 2 hotels using one pool not enough sun beds Rude staff never seen so many Thai staff so unhappy Rooms out of date very tired cleaners don’t clean till 6 pm Best of all the breakfast is terrible Poor quality of food come 5 to 10 there taking the food and plates away and rushing you to eat up. Always waiting for the to fill up the food stations 40 tables 1 coffee machine waiting all the time will never stay here again. You will be sat by the pool waiting for a bed and then 30 people walk past that are not from the hotel this happens about 5 times a day. The do food for outside tours. Can’t have your own drinks by the pool Pool drinks very expensive If your English don’t stay here

Not so good property for indian . Not much option in Breakfast for Indians . I would not suggest any iIndian to go for this property. Even though there were lots of Indian staying in the property they didn't care for them to provide better breakfast. I stayed there for 4 nights and even after asking them for indian meal they didn't bother to provide Indian cuisine. The good part is the location it's right in front of the beach. Well, Stayed in November with family for 5 nights and was quite disappointed as firstly the property did not disclosed the fact that its under construction, did not had even pizza in the hotel as they had their restaurants closed. In night, called up the room service for milk for kid, answer was No- Not available. Rooms were not great either as AC was making a lot of noise and had to be rectified. The only good thing about the hotel was location. Staff was also quite dull as literally had no or little interaction or received smiles/greetings.

Well, the Hotel is undergoing rennovations and there is appreciable road work being done on the Beach road area which takes away from the setting appreciably. if known ahead of time, would have avoided. Staff has limited English - probably good hotel for non English speakers. Cleaning lady had best English on premises - which was impressive and she did a great job. Buffet breakfast is expansive, but there is a fair walk to the facility; hotel pool area is marginal interest given demolition of the original bar area, and lacks real draw.

I really enjoyed my stay at A One Pattaya. Staff are extremely friendly and super efficient. I'll definitely recommend my family and friends to stay here. The hotel is also centrally located, thus making it convenient to walk to the major malls of in Pattaya

I stayed at the hotel on July 2 - 5 , 2021 for 4 nights , Thanks for special rate offer from Khun Bank" , above all.. I am so appreciated for outstanding services, from the 1St second I can feel beyond service mind from all staff, Security is the first man whom warm welcome to me and he took me to the reception , at the reception all staffs is very warm services with Thai sincerely smile, especially Khun "Cho" GSA. and thanks for all beyond service mind from Housekeepers because I touched to attentiveness from HK. staff everytime after I gone back to the room. Thanks for always great services from every staffs, thanks for Khun Bank he is the nice guy that aways asked me how bout everything in The Hotel , If I go to Pattaya again I will definitely come back to stay here again. Amazing view. Huge room. Soft pillows and fluffy bed. The room service was also very fast but every single thing is paid there is a very aesthetic play area and a fantastic pool. The staff is also good. We had an enjoyable and good stay at this resort

I can not answer that question as I had a room for one it did have two king size beds in it I payed about 20 thousand baht for 8 days . You would have contact Aone for your costing of room hotel very clean rooms great food great location
