This is not a 5star chain hotel. But everything you would expect from a hotel of this style is very good.
Check in was quick and efficient, even made a fuss of our small dog.
There is a golf cart type buggy to get to the rooms if u don’t have a car.
The car parks are quite small so do fill up quickly

WiFi in the room was OK, TV channels not so good but don’t want to spend time in the room anyway.
Opposite the hotel is a beach where u can hire chairs and umbrellas for the day at a reasonable price.
The hotel is at the far end of Jomtien so quite, but that means not too many taxis or baht buses passing.

Will stay here again if we have the dog with us

When we arrived to this hotel I cannot check in because the room is not available and we had to wait for more than 1 hour but the reception told me we can check out late too.The reception was not check how much we paid for reserve she did not know the actual and told the price mistake. The room was good, clean and nice but air condition in bedroom was not work that is too hot event hough the low temperature and wait for more than hour. But in living room air is cool. The swimming pool is good and the breakfast was very good I love it.

Natural Park Resort is as close to perfection as it can be. Lovely apartments, clean, comfortable and a joy to stay in. Staff are first class in everything they do. The extensive gardens are lush and a delight to walk around. Food at the restaurants tastes delightful and they serve one of the best breakfast buffets you will find. This really is a hidden Gem of a resort. Fabulous holiday

We will never come back to this restaurant! We had ordered food in the sea view restaurant. It was not busy, only a few tables occupied. My husband ordered a bacon pasta with garlic and oil and I ordered a Thai meal; fried chicken with cashew nuts. After about an half hour my husband's food arrived. It was a nasty looking spaghetti carbonara. We had already decided never to go back here. so we just left it like that. After my husband had enough after a few bites , my food still wasn't there. About 50 minutes I asked where my food was. We start with it now was the answer. We immediately canceled it. During our waiting time one of the cooks was sneezing 2 times without holding his hand in front of his nose. And we saw more things that we didn't like , it was an unprofessional hassle in the kitchen. The poor treatment of our food was not an exception . For instance ; with other guests, the plates with among other things, the fries were waiting on the counter for about 10 minutes. When paying they were apparently dissatisfied because we got about 40 coins of 1 baht change back. Our visit may have been at an unfortunate time, but in the future we will go back to our beloved restaurants and luckily there are enough of them!

We stayed / 2 families and 3 kids, at this hotel for 7 days, actually we had it for 14 days, but moved because lack hotel facilities etc.

We moved from 3 junior suites to 3 standard rooms, because they couldn’t provide us rooms together whit our kids. The 3 rooms we then got was better placed, but still in very bad condition

Both the 3 junior suites and the 3 standard rooms was in horrible conditions, the windows and doors can not close properly, the bed and the sheet was not clean, and smell like it hadn’t been changes. Even when we had changes to new one, we found blood on them, which normally indicates that there are bedbugs at the hotel. So we decided to buy our own bed sheets.

We didn’t eat the hotel breakfast because is was more than poor, and had ants in it everywhere.

In all three rooms we had lots of faro ants and cockroach; we bought spray ourselves because the hotel staff wouldn’t help us.

The cleaning is really poor, the toilet and bath is in very bad condition and it’s not possible to have a hot bath, the air-condition is very old and makes a lot of noise.

When nabob takes a shower or other, you can easily hear what is going on. There is a lot of noise around the hotel; we all have big trouble sleeping at night

This hotel is after what we thing in a horrible condition, the staff have no training and the hospitality incl. the facilities are really poor. The staff have there own rules, and it’s not the same.

The swimming pool is in very bad condition and our kids cut themselves at broken stones.

I would not recommend any tourist to stay at this hotel, the pictures you se when you decide to stay at this hotel is from when the hotel was new, so don’t let the pictures fool you, when you decide to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is placed right to the beach – which is only 3-5 meter wide.

The hotel has a nice garden – and that’s really the best I can say about this hotel.

I would classify this as a boutique-style concept for the discerning traveller weary of geographically anonymous and towering five-star edifices defined by glitz, brand and swankiness, who would prefer a low-rise resort with an architecturally eclectic cluster of detached buildings ( from teak Lanna-style chalets reminiscent of old Chiangmai to a Bavarian villa) configured to accommodate any size of group or budget, and all nestling within a proliferant tropical garden with two peacocks and an aviary. The beach is just across the road where baht buses at 10 baht per person per ride will take one into the heart of Pattaya. This resort is in Jomtien, the sedate and more residential suburb of Pattaya known for its peaceful vibe, cleaner beaches as well as the famous seafood restaurants at its southern end. There are at least three 7-11s or Family Marts within 500 metres of the resort, the nearest being less than a hop and skip away. The resort compound has its own spa, small shop for trinkets and souvenirs, travel agency, beautiful pool and cafe restaurant on a slightly elevated terrace overlooking the sea. And there are beach buggies to take one to different parts of the resort if the weather proves too inclement for traipsing through the garden and enjoying the wealth of flora. And to top it all, prices are incredibly reasonable for this oasis of calm.

I have never seen anything like this. we should have stayed here for two weeks but left after one. the rooms dont in anyway live up to the pictures on the web page. They are worn down and dirty, and all linnen and towels had spots on them. The pool had a lot of missing and cracked flagstones, some so sharp you could cut your self on them. The breakfast was like going on a safari.... Ants in the butter, flies on the pineapples, and nobody did anything about it!!! The service... if you could get some, was very bad. One would say one thing and another would say another thing!!! so what could you use that for?? The only possitive thing i can say is the garden. Very butifull and well kept.

I wish I’d read the reviews on Trip Advisor before we went – there was long wait at reception then and even longer walk to our room. The room was dirty, smelly, dark and damp. We had a shower (cold dribble of water) and told reception we were going into town to find a decent hotel. Nothing like advertised on the web sites.

First time in Thailand! Great country, nice people, great history...
Check-in at the hotel was smooth and quick, just one thing i was surprised: when we came to reception no one looked at us, until I said "hello". I thought may be they were too busy. But in other 9 days I saw the same service, actually no service, it was really funny for me)) I am working in hospitality thats' why it is not acceptable for me! But I am very positive person, that's why I closed my eyes. I also because it's not 4-stars hotel even, so may be it's normal situation, i don't know.
Cleaning of the room was also very strange: dirty sheet was changed only after we left tips on a bed-table. Dried flowers were not touched until our departure. But fortunately bed was made up with tips every day. so no tips - no cleaning = funny))
Breakfast was the same everyday, so after 4 mornings we didnt go to the "restaurant".
Pool was clean, but only with 5-6 sun beds for all hotel guests.
About beach: you have to pay 60bts for 2 chairs, it's fine, but to endure all seller at the beach - you have to be a hero... every minute someone is going to sell you something! Unbelievable! so we were at the beach only once.
We bought excursion to Ko Pai, very quiet but very DIRTY! where is government? very beautiful, but dirty island!
Also you can take a boat to Ko Lan: a lot of sellers, but nice food( but too expensive for Thailand) and clear water. Toilets and shower for 40bts, and with no soap or towers.
Concerning the pool bar in a hotel it is better to eat outside. Only one woman as a waiter, hard working, but not enough for all guests. Lipton tea in a tea-bag also very strange for a bar. I believe that in Thailand it should be a must to serve nice tea.
In other case hotel in beautiful, birds are singing from the early morning, so you don't need an alarm =)
Special thanks to Lyn -Operations Manager: she sent us a fruit plate coz she new that we are honeymooners.
