we stayed here for a week at the beginning of February, nice hotel, we booked a deluxe sea view room.
The room was comfortable and a nice size with a separate area to do you hair and make up, the beds are a bit on the hard side.
Nice size balcony but no balcony furniture which wasn't a problem as brought one of the chairs from the room outsize, our room had a nice view over the pool and beach.
The hotel has its own beach with a safe swimming area and a good view of the santuary of truth plus a good size outside space the walk about.
There is a massage place and barber shop on the grounds plus a couple of gift shops.
We didn't have breakfast when we stayed so can't comment on it but the breakfast room looked clean and spacious.
Round the pool there are a couple of bars lovely cocktails at a good price and and outside area to order food.
Hotel a bit of a way out from central Pattaya but the hotel runs a free shuttle service to and from central plaza every hour or so.
Or for the daring a motorbike taxi costs about 60bt each way.
This was a good stay lovely hotel lots of family's and couples.
If you don't want to get food from hotel there is a family mart plus street food and a couple of restaurants within a couple of mins walk.
Didn't get Wi-Fi at the hotel, can get for free in the lobby not sure about rooms as we didn't need it.
All in all enjoyed out stay and would stay again would have given 5 stars but didn't try the hotel food.

Overall was good, clean room, even the furnitures a bit old.

Excellent beach, clean, and nice sea view. Breakfast buffet was a bit poor as not many varieties, no scramble egg or omelet but just fried eggs while our dinner by the beach was by far 10 times better.

The concierge team was very kind, supportive and helpful.

Worth a money to visit.

Nice property with a good pool.
Rooms are a good size, bed quality good. Great balcony, big enough to sit on to relax at sunset.
Wifi is shockingly bad, unstable, constant log-in errors and one of those stupid systems where you have to repeat log-in every few hours.
Staff were OK, some could have been more friendly.
Great hotel if you want to be away from 'it all', because it is deep in the Soi and is far from Pattaya. You really need your own transport. The hotel has a buggy, but were unwilling to take us to the main road to get a songtaew.
The good pricing reflects location.

Big disappointment in this hotel, the reception staff were completely unprofessional.
After arrival we needed cash, the cash machine didn’t work and they were happy to exchange our dollars to baht at a sky high rate.
After a few days the cash machine still didn’t work and the staff were watching an older foreign couple struggling with getting cash out of it and didn’t tell a word them not to do so, I asked them to stop trying. It was late though, their card was swallowed.
Everything is displayed in Russian, they don’t even assume that you come from another country and don’t speak Russian, however they don’t speak other languages at all. Don’t try to communicate in English, it’s a waste of time.
We’ve been traveling around the world for a couple of years and seen many different types of accommodation, and we are far from being demanding people but left this place after three nights.

After a terrible journey, and dreadfull service from the online travel agency, we've finally landed in Bangkok where the "offical" agent talked to us for no more than 3mn before loading us on a private bus to Pattaya.
I began to expect the worst as our holidays started really bad:
-no information whatsoever (we actually have been told our departure time 3 days before)
-no service at all on location from Switch (the online agency) as the phone number they ended up giving us in case of emergency was another subcontractor's in Thailand.

Two hours later, we entered the northern district of Pattaya, 2 hours walk away from the city center, past a construction site, we've finally reach the grand hall of the Garden Sea View Resort. By noon, we've been welcomed with fruit cocktails and kindly asked to wait as our rooms weren't ready yet. We enjoyed a martini at one of the bar, still in the Grand Hall, and later on, got our rooms, which were basic double, but very large and comfortable, our room had a view on the sea and the Sanctuary of Truth, fitted with a mini bar, aircon, tvsat, and a mighty large bed which you'll definitly enjoy after a 27 hours journey.
A shower and a nap after, we got back dowstairs, and tried to walk arround the resort before heading to town.
We've found it very well set as walking by the coffee shop serving a huge Asian buffet for breakfast, you could have a glimpse at the giant swimming pool just 5 meters away from the private beach. On our way down to the pool, using a small staircase,a midfloor with a tailor shop, a small swimming suit shop and friendly masseuses offer their service on the spot or later on, attention: keep in mind that a small massage is about an hour long and will get those muscles and bones back in line nicely, although it can hurt at time.
Two bars are next to the swimming pool and make amazing cocktails, and another massage service: "massage on the beach" is available next to it, on your way to the bungalows and the outdoor grill and diner buffet.
A dream location in definitive but we have found negative aspects to it:
1- The Resort staff isn't actually fluent in English as most of their guests come from Japan, Korea, AND Russia. We often had to repeat our questions in order to make sure they understand them -part from a couple of bell boys and receptionists-.
2- We had a terrible experience with the staff from the pool bar, as the waitress mixed up our order, then openly made comments about us, while we were only 2 meters away from her.
Asking and getting a bottle of water came in as a challenge, and there is no way to discuss the matter as they don't have a clue of what you're saying. We were actually shocked of that behaviour as the rest of the resort's staff were polite people who knew their job well.
3- Bugs: termites hidden in our bathroom's toilet paper roll, and running on the walls, but I guess that does happen in tropical countries.
The engineer took care of it, and the maids have treated the room the next morning.

We were charmed by the place, views to die for, and the overall quality of the service, but next time, we'll get a Thai / English electronic translator for better communication as it was the key of our problems over there.
Advice: Avoid the pool bar that's next to the stairs for drinks or snack and choose the Ground floor facilities, where waitresses are charming and friendly or even room service which serves roast chicken and french fries on 24.

I book a trip and this hotel was included in my package rated as a 4 star hotel, i really could not desagree more with this. First of all it is impossible to communicate with people, no body speaks anything but thai, the staff is just to gentle to let you know that they didnt get a thing of what you are telling them.
The rooms are OLD and the cleaning is terrible, I drop some lipstick on muy bed on the second day of my arrival, we stay for 7 days and they never changed the sheets.
The bathtube is full of rust and the odor of the water is very disgusting.
They have a sing which shows you the way to the "gym" which is actually a bunch of old rusty bars of metal... VERY DISAPOINTING...
The internet doesnt works...
The swiming pool is the only good thing about this hotel, if you dont have kids, because the kids swimming pool is GREEN... they havent clean the water on years.
The beach is not very pretty in fact the water is very dirty
And the hotel is VERY far from the city center...

I am very disapointed of this hotel... I wouldnt choose it or recommend it to anyone.

folks find a better value for your money, this hotel doesn't cater to anyone else but Chinese and Russians, everything in this hotel says antiquated, 1980's décor, no wifi!, everything is not maintained inside, outside, your room, be careful with the checklist before your check out your going to get charged if something missing, the beach has a lot of scattered garbage on the shore, and the owners counting their daily cash at the lobby (we counted 350,000baht) have fun may the force be with you.
