I’m in Thailand for 3 months I booked this hotel for my first 20 nights and what a mistake that was I paid £994 for 20 nights and was given a very small room with a tiny fridge and I mean very tiny which I immediately complained so I asked to check out with a full refund . To which I was offered a bigger room for an extra £23 per night on top of what I’ve already paid is a joke to expensive for small rooms so I still complained and was told if I check out I would not get a refund so I was stuck here for 20 nights . But over all the rooms shower room and the whole hotel is super clean it’s a very nice hotel with good service from the friendly staff the buffet breakfast wasn’t very good at all it was 50% Indian food which this is mainly full of Indian men cuddling each other and spitting off the balcony’s disgusting people . The WiFi is useless worst I’ve had in a hotel and the aircon does not have its own unit the air just comes out of vents in the ceiling not the best but was ok after it’s been on 20 minutes and to top it of I got charged 170 baht for drinking 2 small bottles of water from the fridge which should of been free there there out there as a scam so you think there free and to be charged that amount was crazy so i would never stay here again or never recommend this hotel to anyone there a lot better bigger cheaper hotels around

One thing that I expected from the hotel during the coronavirus situation is the cleanliness and we are so impressed with the way they handled each client. We were so happy with it here at Centara Nova Hotel. The hotel itself is old in our opinion. we stayed at 704 and the door was a bit too heavy to control. I had to ask my friend to open the door for me a few time. The staffs here were very nice to us, from front desk to housekeeping. I would definitely come back again.

Excellent hotel the rooms were lovely and clean and no sign of any cockroaches or bugs. The pool and gym is also very nice. The beach is about a 15 min walk from here but you can take a taxi from around 60 baht. If you want to be very close to the beach then I’d avoid but if not it’s a good location with a lot of bars and restaurants in walking distance and is in a much more chilled part of Pattaya. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Hotel was nice, just needed a little more attention after being closed during covid but overall comfortable and nice. Concierge man was there but offered no help with bags whatsoever and all staff on the desk apart from one lovely lady we’re about as much help as a chocolate teapot. Cleanliness was perfect but unfortunately we stayed in room 508 that was underneath some sort of loud pump that rattled the room all night every night for 7 nights but we didn’t moan because it’s something that can’t be helped. Also the breakfast was lovely and there was one lady making the most amazing omelettes fresh every morning so that was great.

The hotel was warm and welcoming. We reached early at 1:30 P.M. but we were allowed to check in, even though the official check in time was 3:00 PM. A welcome drink was served which was cool and refreshing. The room was nice and cozy and the bed was comfortable. There was ample space in the room including luggage racks.
The hotel wi-fi is a bit slow and keeps disconnecting frequently. There are a variety of breakfast options for vegetarians too like chhole poori, poha etc.
The hotel is located in close vicinity of the market where one can do all kinds of shopping/eating.
Overall a very good experience and wonderful stay at this hotel.
* Security deposit of 500 THB has to be paid at the time of check in which was refunded later after due room inspection at check out.

I stayed in the Central Nova Hotel and Spa, Pattaya for three weeks in November 23. I had a wonderful time. The staff were kind and helpful. I particularly want to mention Ood the chef, who whilst preparing my morning eggs would tell me of daily events and places of interest that I could visit. The food was excellent, my room clean, spacious and comfortable. The location, off Pattaya Klang, was highly convenient for nightlife by taxi, with several restaurants, 7/11, laundries and taxi stands within a minute walk from the hotel.

Stayed June for 3 day's with Family. From check in with Welcome drink and to check out i should say that the staff is very friendly from reception to the restaurant and the room maid, with special mentioned to Ms Fe Hotel Manager who is always around and ready to help for every guest, this made our stay more memorable always smiling and ready to assist in any inqueries. We will definetly come back next year because of the hospitality of the staff. Just a suggestion it will be great if they can provide shuttle service to the beach as location is quite far around 1 kilometers. Thank you to Centara Team for taking care of us, we will surely come back and tell our friends that Centara Nova have a lovely anf friendly staff.

The hotel is well located with all amenities. Not located in heavy noisy area. The staff is very polite and courteous. The Hotel senior staff Miss Fe is absolutely a great person , really takes extra pains for each guest , this is what I noticed personally sitting in the lobby. Breakfast lay out is perfect.
Over all this is a nice hotel to stay with family and friends.

This was my first time to Pattaya and to this hotel .
The staff are super friendly and Hong is just a delight .
For a 4 star hotel it is average, unfortunately the wi-fi was hit and miss on the top floor but not a major issue.
The rooms could do with a makeover and shower door leaked water into the bathroom but the shower was good.
The Spa was not available to the guests and there was no swim up bar . There is a gym which is well stocked but running machine made such a noise i couldn’t use it . The breakfast was charged daily and was of good standard.
For convenience there is a 7/11 right next door which was very handy.
