We stayed at Cross Pattaya Pratamnak for 2 night, for jet lag recovery, prior our windsurfing trip in Jomtien. If you are a serious swimmer looking for a quiet, low-keyed boutique hotel with a lap pool, this may be the only hotel in the Pattaya area. The hotel is located just a short distance away from the Jomtien Bus Terminal. The area is located in a quiet yet upscaled neighbourhood, one can easily spot fancy European sport cars parked on the street. The hotel features a 34m lap pool nestled in a beautifully, well manicured hotel ground. We also wholly enjoyed their a la carte breakfast (it is actually a buffet plus a la carte breakfast menu and free-flow European bubbles! The a la carte menu serves a selections of finely carved finger delicacies such as wagyu beef ragu on bun/egg en cootte. The hotel is within. walking distance to a few high end restaurants and is also just a steep stairs away from a small "secluded feel" beach. There is a designated swimming area with beach chairs for rent, also Kayaks and SUPs for rent (no windsurfs though). There are small beach huts selling drinks and massages too. The place feels safe and the sellers are friendly and gentle. This hotel a perfect place to stay for couples or family looking for a quiet, relaxing yet upscale experience. For those looking for clubs or nightlife, this is not the hotel of choice. Lastly, worth mentioning is the personal greeting from the hotel manager. What an amazing weekend getaway! We didn’t realize when we booked but the hotel officially opened on March 1 and you would have thought they had been running for years. The hotel is about 75 rooms in a 5 story nicely styled building. The interior design creates this nice touch of modernism with just the right touch of local influences and the use of selected color also perfect. We had one of the ocean suites in the corner on the 5th and it was spectacular. Only minor room complaints there were no drawers to properly put stuff away and limited hooks in bathroom to hang towels but really minor complaint. The property was also beautifully kept and the large pool is perfect to lounge around all day. The spa massages were also excellent… the gym was spacious and equipment look excellent but we chose to lounge instead of working out! The staff was AMAZING. The staff went out of their way to learn our names and made sure we had everything we needed. Bravo to the GM for building such an amazing team. Thank you K Max, K First and K James for being such good hosts! Other really nice attributes… free flow bubbles package and live music in the lobby Friday and Saturday night. The bubbly breakfast felt much more like a proper brunch then the typical hotel buffet breakfast and I do believe they make the perfect poached egg! It’s a perfect getaway from Bangkok and definitely the best place we have stayed in Pattaya. We will definitely be coming back! I could go on and on but I will leave some lovely surprises for you to find out about when you book a visit!

Stayed two nights in this very new modest sized hotel. Room reasonable size although bathroom too small and shower sprayed water all over the floor (it had no screen and was small). Bed exceptionally comfortable. Pool quite pretty but not over large, especially when occupied by children. Dinner okay but not wow. Sparkling wine freely available which was very good (we bought a couple of bottles to take home). Breakfast good buffet and you could order a la carte as well and more free bubbly! Dining room staff obviously needed more training although not surprising considering that they had only been open 90 days. Having said that, the reception staff were very good as was the bar (cocktails very good although you had to pay a strong price for them). Room for improvement but not sure what they could do about the poor bathroom.

We had a great stay here at the hotel, hotel staff is very supportive. Front is very helpful whenever you asked or called for anything. This is a good design hotel, room is functional and large.
You can enjoy free flow sparkling wine during breakfast. The hotel served both a la carte and buffet line. Pool is large and good time to swim is either early morning or evening as during afternoon, it's quite hot. Staff will come and serve you with glass of fresh water and refreshing towel.
For dinner, can dine in the hotel restaurant or cafe nearby. If you're looking for more space and not too crowded, I'd recommend to dine in the hotel, might be bit pricy but taste is good especially the homemade pizza.

This is my 2nd stay, and the team continues to deliver amazing results each time we visit. The attention to detail and top class hospitality are excellent. From the arrival drink and cold towel, to the clean, fresh rooms, the elegant and refreshing pool area, along with the excellent service at the breakfast restaurant, just to mention a few. Naming only one or two employees would not be fair, as everyone at Cross Pattaya team does their job so well. The Security Guard upon arrival for parking instructions, the Bell team for prompt coordination of the luggage, Check-in Desk team for their efficient service, the housekeeping team for fresh clean rooms, the pool attendants for prompt towel and water delivery, the morning breakfast team making a great experience to start the day right. Every single person at Cross Pattaya should be proud of their position and know that guests like myself notice everyone and everyone plays a strong part in making Cross a wonderful stay for all guests every time. Great job everyone, you are top ! Highly recommended for a bespoke, boutique, new, fresh, up-market , yet casual feel in Pattaya. Great location , so close to many great restaurants in Jomtien.

We spend 3 days and 2 nights at this resort and it was very relaxing. The room was quite spacious luxury, Which makes us feel like home a way from home and comfortable. The room was clean and fresh everyday.
The staff were all welcoming and well-mannered, especially FB & Maid staff they always helpful with all our concerns.
The breakfast was also good although it was not a buffet, understand because of Covid and hotel just pre-opening.
We had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend to our friends.

The service of this hotel is really really good, take care you like a VIP guest. Start from the arrival, security and the bellman service was nice, helpful and fast. At the front desk they serve the huge welcome drink set and explain the story of them. Take a few minutes to get the key card. The room is new, nice, clean and the smell is really good. Apart from that, the view is stunning. The salt pool is big, clean and not too deep, I got the fresh drink here (very surprise). The breakfast is great, they have A lar carte buffet with the premium item (caviar, wagyu etc.) come with perfect portion for 1 person so you won't full for try other menus. Staff always ask for any help serve and take care of you. Overall this hotel suit with couple and small family.

It was my first time staying here in Cross Hotel and Resorts brand. It was beyond my expectation. I can see this hotel pays attention to all little details, since greetings, room setup, presentation, breakfast, menu, services etc. My highlight is breakfast, which was so good, creative menu and delicious. Also, amazing service from Khun First and Khun Joey. The staff are well trained and had a good attitude. The last, turndown services made me relaxing and comfy with relaxing music, juice before bed, small cookies. Overall, the location is perfect for me, out from a busy town, small cozy cafe and restaurants around here by walk. A few steps to the beach. Thank you to General Manager, Khun Manuel who was greeting us and following up on the feedback, made a fabulous holiday :-)

The cross is a delightful, clean and pleasant hotel to stay in. It has a very nice design and great care is taken to ensure that all the services are professionally delivered. The staff are very friendly and are always ready to be as helpful as they can this applies from the general manager all the way down. It is so pleasing to see a manager that is proactive and genuinely interested in your experience. There are some restaurants near the hotel that offer good value and the hotel itself has its own restaurant and the breakfast is outstanding. The only caveat that one could produce is that the rooms are delightfully modern, but somewhat short on storage space having hanging rails that are not enclosed and no or very little in the way of drawers and cupboards. This is a small thing in the overall picture, and I would stay here again, without any doubt and would surely recommend it to anybody that is looking for a nice quiet hotel in a nice cool spot. Always some shade often a breeze.

First impression : due to heavy rain on check in date in the morning, staff called and suggested me for the best direction to get in the hotel (because google maps will lead me to the flooded area).
Check in : warm welcome from all staff together with welcome drink and refreshing towel. Check in process was very fast. Then staff took me to the room and suggested room facilities.(just little but impact to me : staff took off his shoes before get in to my room.)
Nice staff : all staff are so nice (guard, housekeeper, general staff, etc.) everytime when I use the elevator, staff will help and wait till the elevator closed.
Facilities : although Cross Pratamnak just a small hotel, there are full facilities (pool, fitness center, spa, meeting room, play room, EV charging).
Breakfast : the taste is good. there are buffet line and a la carte (no need to pay additional for a la carte, you can order like buffet). and yes!!! sparklind wine is included in buffet.
Location : good locaton, the hotel close to many popular cafe and restaurants (The Oxygen, Lunar, Chocolate factory, Sky Gallery) you can walk just 5mins.
Comment : just one thing of bathroom, there is no shower enclosure that make another area also wet.
I recommend this hotel for who are looking for good services and best location in Pattaya. Don't miss this place!!!

"Try the Kliff restaurant to enjoy 25% discount. The foods are superb. Across the hotel there is also big restaurant called Oxygen which is also amazing."
