We booked 2 overwater villa there. The room was great, however, the service not as much. Don't seem to get the help that we need when we there. Good was great for the first morning, however, the next day after I ate their breakfast, I got food poison and was down for 2 days. Horrible.
The overwater room was really and nice and beautiful. However, the location wasn't so good with construction and dust everywhere.
We coming to Pattaya every 2 years, so hopefully by that time we come back, this place will get better service and no more road construction and don't know if I will eat at their restaurant for breakfast again after that food poison :(

We booked at the pool access room, but the room does not connect to the main pool. The hotel location is difficult to find.
Front Office helpful in any issues during stayed.
Diet coke is not provided in the hotel.
Room well clean and good bed to sleep.

Was going to spend 2 nights at this hotel and was looking forward to a pleasant stay. But after one night we gave up and moved away. Food in the area is next to non-existent. The cooling unit in the room sounded like a grinder and it was next to impossible to sleep without earplugs. The pool is a play pool for mostly children and in the middle of the pool there is a fountain that makes so much noise that you have to raise your voice to be able to talk to each other if you sit or live near the pole like we did. Tried to get a refund on the last night when we wanted to move. However, the answer was that they did not want to refund as we chose to move ourselves. So it was an expensive night!!! In addition, the staff really didn't behave as they should in such a highly rated hotel, with a really sarcastic comment when we sat outside in the morning to have a little rest with a cup of coffee. At 06.30 the lung net stopped, because then the fountains would definitely be on. When we asked if they could wait a bit to put them on, they were completely uninterested in being accommodating.
As I said, you are deceived by the pictures that this hotel presents that it is supposed to be a quiet resort. It is not what it seems to be!!!

the staff were lazy and not friendly, i would not have booked if I knew what the rooms were like .I booked the villa room , was so disappointed , as the bed was only a 7in mattress put on a concrete slab . the swim up bar was poor as you had to ask the so called life gaurd to get the staff . The staff then went to the main hotel to get our drinks . after 5 minutes the drinks came without any smiles. then charged a service fee for this,. I would never go back to this hotel.

For the price we pay 5,500 THB per night for pool access room, I would expect more. We booked for 2 nights end up stay only one night and cut the trip short. Room was just basic and and pool is not really that great.
Strange choice of material use, several slippery tile/ glass floor spots.
We made decision to cut the trip short after disappointed buffet breakfast, very basic. More like 2,000 THB hotel.

Hate stay their, very bad hotel policy. they only help to arrange their own hotel taxi to anywhere, it's 10 x more than normal, eventhough it's still cheap, but I feel like they stole my money from my pocket. And when I asked them the other transport to town center, they said I have to get to the main road, it's abt 10-15min walk from the hotel. Imagine its dark at nite and super hot in the afternno. Location is bad, and not helpful to book a taxi. Even a nice envoirment, but I won't suggest any of my frd stay in this hotel. It's half price if I take a taxi back to hotel.

Staffs are very careless and lazy. When you asked them to do anything, They will negotiate with you if they can do something else or Deny to do at all. They try to make themselves work as less as possible when Service is supposed to be what they are there for.
Breakfast is plain and tables were not cleaned After previous guests left the tables, guests who come later Won't have place to sit.

That’s the right place . 24/7 the children’s are screaming! And 2 beer cost 10$ Nothing good to say about this place ! Everything cost extra ... 100 bath even for the water toys ..

Only on day two of a week long stay and already considering leaving. Not only does the layout of the pool mean that you are woken by screaming children from 8am but when that eventually died down after much complaining to both the parents and the hotel management, the drilling has begun. For the price you pay (one of the highest in the area) it's certainly a huge disappointment already. Will perhaps post a fuller review later in the week, but if you're a couple on honeymoon do not come here!
