Greeted by extremely friendly staff upon check in. All staff friendly and helpful during entire stay. Room, whilst not large, is modern, clean and has a nice big window. Bed comfy with fridge, smart big tv, great digital air con, nice bathroom and shower. No hairdryer but provided when requested at no charge. Pool area fantastic, cool lighting, lounges and speakers about the place. A great place to chill out in the heat. 100bht voucher provided for breakfast with simple choice of cereal, fruits, muffins etc. free water/tea/coffee provided at no extra cost. Hotel is fine with bringing own food to pool area/room. Plenty of street venders allowed to sell food. Cheap and easy. Best thing about this place is just the cool vibe and the cheerful staff, a rarity in Thailand in cheaper hotels. Only points I can think is no table/chair in room so easier eat downstairs or around pool. Hotel is close to beach but a bit of a walk up dirty soi to main road and baht bus. Other than that, thoroughly enjoyed stay. Highly recommended.

Budget but not as we know it. There's no bath, shower cap, vanity kit etc, wardrobe, but there is what you really need.......a smart tv, a good working fridge, a safe, hanging and storage space, comfy bed.....it's cleverly designed and compact but workable. About 800 baht per night, no breakfast but credit vouchers for the cafe if you need a snack. Extreme value and awesome staff. Nice small/splash pool, free parking, secure and located close to the beach and shops in Naklua. It's a gem. Get in while it's a ll new and in good order.

I love the hotel design. The design makes it look very trendy and cozy with large open spaces at a budget price. No hair dry in the room but it can be asked. The hotel is new and clean. The bed comfortable is good. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach. Surrounded by lots of food stalls, shops, and restaurants.

very friendly staff ,very clean, any time.easy parking, not far to the beach, some street vendors for food and drink right in front of the hotel. If nothing changes in the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff, you can recommend this hotel without reservation. I also had an opening bonus, so the price / performance ratio was very good

The hotel was conveniently located with an easy 7 minute walk to the beach. Rooms and public space was clean and comfortable. The room had a comfortable bed and was very quiet. Bathroom was not large, but fully usable, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water.
The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Quick and easy check-in and check out. The café/coffee shop is very small and basic, however, ordering Grab Food was allowed.

The hotel is modern and chic. It under Centara group. It is valuable for money to stay here. Good service. Comfortable and minimal room. The pool is cool, you can listen music underwater. The location near Wong Amat Beach, restaurant, and mini-mart. However, the room has smell from bath room's pipe and the bed is too height.

brand new budget from centara group friendly staff no hassle with checkin price very good under 1k on weekday less local tourist from Bangkok. good coffee from jura machine for 50B.brakefast not included but have variety for choice of beverage which price friendly. room for 20m enough for 2 ppl friendly with pet if you want to bring(extra charge) pool is nice with sunshine from 11am till 4pm.with cool music.or you can walk to the beach nearby recommend to the cliff (secret beach) on the left of Centara mirage.would suggest if have bicycle rental for tourist who have no transportation cos of shuttle bus nearby can cost so much (200baht for Terminal21 mall) which is variety of food court and shopping and lots of local restaurant to choose for.my 4 night here is excellent holidays after Bangkok visiting.

Cozy life at COSI hotel! Spent here 1 month. So relaxing, affordable, spacious and clean. Staff is amazing. Rooms are very neat. Bed and bathroom is great. Self service bar in lounge, with god coffee and very cheap prices. Big swimming pool, gym and many chairs, sitting pillows for relaxing, sunbathing and also very convenient to work (electric socket everywhere to plug in computer etc...) There is also washing and drying machines at disposal whenever you need them. (self service). Location is amazing. 10min walk to the beach (not crowded area), Terminal21 is 5min ride away and 10min to Pattaya beach. Love it as you can really enjoy your time and peace here. If you come with bike or car there is also parking available. COSI crew.... thank you for amazing stay!

The room displays, the atmosphere in the hotel, and the staffs’ friendly responding and hospitality are all awesome !!!
In spite of their distance to Wong Amat Beach is really close, the price is pretty low and more appealing to travelers.
You won’t regret to choose this hotel for your trip~
COSI will be my first priority option if I come to Pattaya for any event.

Probably a hotel for the younger generation and families with kids, but even we (couple of seniors!) had a good time. Mostly clean, other than the swimming pool area and lifts which could have done with more attention (hence the VG rating and not excellent). If you like a kettle in your room and cups/glasses then you would be disappointed too. However, hot water is available from the reception area as are cups/glasses and a hair dryer if needed. Overall a good place to stay and the bed is comfortable! That is important.

Yes, it's not a problem. Please add a note/request to your booking if you prefer a lower floor for fewer stairs ;) And I recommend to bringing less luggage as we don't offer porter service. You could, however, still send up only the luggage by elevator though ;) Either way, it's all do-able.
Hi, our hotel is Sha+ certified. If you plan to coming to Thailand, you need to apply for the Thai Pass, which will have to include a booking of our hotel, a PCR test, and transportation from the airport.
After pick-up from the airport, the transportation will bring you straight to our partner clinic for the PCR test, and after the test the transportation will bring you to the hotel. You will then check-in and need to wait in the room until the test result comes back negative.
Unfortunately, we cannot allow you to leave your room during that time.
Hi, yes we do have a self-laundry area that also offers a washing machine to do your laundry (40 THB per run) and a laundry drying machine (60 THB per run). Your bathing suit can be hung in your bathroom where we have a kind of "rope" which can be pulled out. Last but not least, you get fresh towels when you get to the pool directly from us.
There are more places to choose from in the Pattaya area.
