My friends and I stayed here in 2 Urban Junior Suites and 1 regular room, the rooms are comfortable, Specious, well cleaned and replenished the amenities by the housekeeper. Club Lounge service was superb provided by Khun Plai. Front desk agent and guest relations supervisor (I did not obtain his name) also gave the information recommendation and escorted us to the room. Breakfast was nice although it is now Covid-19 situation and not many customer during weekdays. Pool offered the ocean view with the cute pinky loungers and seating areas Upon check out we met Operation Manager and he is so welcoming and asked about overall stay. We will definitely come back, I’d like to recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family member to enjoy the staycation with very convenient location and warm hospitality. Keep doing a great job.

The hotel is new, clean and well-decorred in modern style. The hotel room is well-appointed with little imperfect spots but acceptable. The hotel facilities are fair enough. What shine the brightest is the service quality. The staff are highly attentive and pay attention to little details. Breakfast are of good quality and a variety of food to suite your appetite and dietary requirements.
Considering the deal we received (as a general public, not loyal customers), it was an unmatched deal. Even if we were to pay the full price, we still consider our stay a good value for money. Mytt Beach Hotel is in the same chain as A One Hotel. We received 1,000THB-voucher and we decided to spend it on a seafood dinner buffet at A One Hotel. I gotta tell you. You can't expect the same level of service quality at A One Hotel as you may at Mytt Beach Hotel.

why do i call the „mytt“ hotel a city hotel? well first of all „the mytt“ is mostlikely the best hotel in north pattaya if not the best of all hotels in town. its the friendlyness and the passion of the staff that makes the difference. the rooms are spaceious and very clean. the location is just off the pattaya beach road and yet very quiet.
but why now city hotel and not beach hotel? its simple. the beach is so loud, polluted by all the motorboats around and the waste people throw away that its not really worth to use that beach. there are nice, quiet and clean beaches around jomtien and that is easy reachable. but the beach near the hotel (150 meters to walk) is a circus, a big mess in a place that has not the very best history.
but hotels like „the mytt“ do a lot to change the reputation of pattaya. and trust me the do a super job. use it as a perfect hotel to explore a legendary city. and maybe one day he city authorities speak a power word and clean the beach from all the motorboats, jetskis, and waste. i wish it so much also for such good hotels as „the mytt“. i am sure if i go back to pattaya i will stay at „the mytt“ but i will definitely take a shuttle or taxi to jomtien beach for some sunny hours in the sand😀👍🏾.

The hotel is very clean and modern by Pattaya standards but way overpriced.
Staff is very friendly. Walls are paper thin, you can hear quite well several rooms adjacent and above.
The in room safe locks with your room key which just happens to be the same room key that is in a slot near the door that powers the room. Anyone, eg cleaning staff could easily unlock your room safe. Not smart!

We checked in on the 15/10/22 and when we arrived we were told all our rooms were on different floors and we specifically asked for same floor, finally got it sorted. Rooms are not as clean as stated on there website and maintenance is non existent, come on you’ve had two plus years to sort your stuff out. Rust stains on the walls in shower drains filthy half a cleaning job. Had breakfast down stairs yesterday morning and asked for 2 fried eggs that said don’t have even though I can see eggs, then the so called chief brings me 2 eggs she pulled from the warmer that my dog would not have eaten and I said not eating those as they’d been there for 40 minutes. Cleaner rushes through doesn’t change sheets doesn’t replace toiletries yet hotel rates are high. It was a better breakfast out on beach road.

Stayed there for 3 nights after arriving in Thailand and before going to Bangkok. Can't say enough good things about this place! A short walk from the beach, 150-200 meters but many things close by.
The Hotel is clean and well laid out, considering the small area. Only thing I could say is the pool is mainly on the North side and doesn't get my sun, so the water was a little cold. The room was clean, well decorated and the bathroom efficient. Staff were incredibly friendly and were always ready with answers or hints. We loved the fruit/salad area for breakfast. The bar was nice and prices reasonable. A trip to Coral island was arranged by the hotel, and the pickup went without any problem.

I miss travelling.. I miss Pattaya.. I came across the pictures from my trip about a year ago and wanted to share my memories and say thank you to Mytt Beach Hotel, which is in the northern part of Pattaya between Beach road and Second road. It was my second time staying at Mytt Beach hotel and I never regret I picked it again for my stay. Reasonable price, clean modern rooms, impeccable service and perfect location defined my choice. Check-in again went very smooth and took just a couple of minutes. I still remember that comfortable feeling of relaxing on a soft, comfortable bed with fresh bed sheets on it after a long day filled with a lot of different activities. Housekeeping made sure to keep my room nice and clean throughout my whole stay. Breakfast was offering a good choice of international cuisine. You could find a little bit of everything on the buffet spread. I loved the pool!! It was so relaxing to chill by the edge of the pool looking down the street from the 12th floor and sip a refreshing cocktail.. wonderful feeling! Especially during the sunset! Location was one of the main reasons why I chose to stay here again. The hotel is located right in the heart of Pattaya. Cafes, bars, shopping Centers, restaurants... everything you need is just around the corner. The beach is just 2 minutes away. If you need a ride, it’s very easy to take a taxi or a Tuk Tuk from the Beach road or from the Second road to any spot in Pattaya. I have to mention the wonderful service that Mytt Hotel’s personnel provides to its guests.. from the Front Desk staff to housekeeping and bell boys... All of them are very attentive, polite and doing their best to meet your requests. I can’t wait when Thailand will open its borders again for foreign travelers. I will definitely stay at Mytt Beach Hotel again!

From someone with experiences with global luxury brands like Park Hyatt, Hilton, The Peninsula, this hotel is really up to the standards from service wise to the hotel hardwares. A big kudo and salute to the management of the hotel. The operation management surely did a great job maintaining hotel quality overall despite this difficult time. The hotel was pretty busy but the staff really efficient in providing services because no one has to wait! The club lounge Khun Plai was very informative and helpful. Clearly showed a great example of 5 stars staff training. The GR Supervisor also always around ensuring guests are well attended. We had 3 rooms and none of them have any issue; speaker in room and the bed is something we really looking forward to every time going back to our room. The bath amenities and housekeeping made our room with the most attention to detail. Is this a luxury hotel? Other hotel in the area should really take note from this hotel!

Met up with friends for a weekend in Pattaya. This hotel has their staffing on point. Professional, yet warm, friendly and sincere caring. Room was well appointed, comfy bed, spacious, and everything I needed. Drinks at poolside bar are well made, the breakfast selection suited all of us with a variety of Asian, western, and vegetarian options. Gym was a basic fitout but that's the only flaw I found in a great stay. Located metres from beach road and an easy 5 min walk to the Terminal 21 mall.

I am pleased to choose Mytt Hotel to take my son who first time visit Pattaya. The hotel convenient located in Pattaya Soi 3 which is not far from the beach. We were greeted by the Bellboy and Front Desk staff and had been served welcome drink right after they found our booking. The Suite room is well equipped with all facilities and has a stunning view of the sea. Everything had been nicely arranged as requested (extra bed, baby cot etc). The room is clean and well inspected before we entered. I was really impressed with the service of all staff in Club Lounge especially Khun Pia who looked after us very well even though she was working alone during busy time, evening cocktail. Customer was complaining at her due to the food was run out and it took more than 30 minutes to get replenish from kitchen staff. But Khun Pia was calm and nicely apologies to other German customers (group?). I also would like to highlight other staff at the breakfast place which is Khun Amy, Jame and all the staff in the breakfast room. On top of that, the lady who provided us oil massage were brilliant. I told them that I had a best sleep after 7 months of raising my son because of their massage. The staff at Fitness centre was nice and polite as well. All in all, I would like to highlight Mytt Hotel as the best hotel in Pattaya and would like to give all credits to Khun Charlie who provided training to hotel staff since the hotel opened. Well done and thank you so much for your hospitality.

I hope you were eventually able to contact the hotel. From memory I recall having some difficulties myself but once we got there, the staff are incredibly approachable & helpful.
There are more places to choose from in the Pattaya area.
