Took a chance on this hotel and no regret. Rooms and bathroom are small but their service staff are great. Their breakfast put a lot of hotels in their category to shame. Great spread each morning with so many options of cuisine available. Right smack in Nimman area and walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants makes this hotel centrally located. Met the owner who resides next door to the hotel, Khun Sam and he was super friendly, just like all his staff.

The hotel is quite modern but starting to gray around the edges and could do with better maintenance.
Rooms were a decent size, with en-suite bathroom.
You can arrange an all in price with breakfast.
Coffee and mineral water (unlimited) are free to all guests.
The pool is small but usable and great for the very hot days.

Large and clean rooms in a good location. Easy check in/out. We were able to store our luggage for a few hours before our flight. Wifi and A/C worked great. Hot showers with good water pressure. Large, comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again.

I had 1 night here before moving to the Old Town. Rooms here are quite good soundproof, modern and convenient. Very close to cafes, pubs and 24-hour laundry. There is a staff member who speaks super good English, perhaps he is one of the best English speakers I have ever met in Chiangmai.

I stayed one night at The Nimman Hotel for my connecting flight. No need to talk to location if you decided to stay in Nimman Area as all connected.

The hotel seem very new and modern. Friendly and helpful staff. Thai style breakfast is very nice even we have no time to eat it.

Love modern style of hotel. Room is nice, clean and clear white with full amenity setup.

What we love is complimentary self-refill coffee and drinking water.

Nimman Boutique Resort was a nice surprise. The hotel is very affordable, the staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean. The bathroom is small and Thai style without a shower curtain but a part wall is installed to help control the spray.

There is no elevator if that is concerning to some. There was no safe or coffee maker/kettle in the room.

The hotel is in a great location surrounded by many trendy shops, cafes, and restaurants making it a nice walk to explore. A 15-20 minute walk or a 20 baht baht bus ride gets you inside the walls of the old city. Tuk-tuks and baht buses frequently pass in front of the hotel.

I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Chiang Mai.

Having flown up from Southern Thailand to Chiang Mai, intent on venturing further north with a Hire car on the following day, we'd booked this small hotel for the night before the adventure began. Yet finding it after dark, in central Chang Mai, was adventure enough!

The hotel is small and definitely of the budget category, but the welcome was warm and friendly enough.
The bedrooms were of a fairly basic standard but clean, however whilst our friend in the other bedroom had a fully tiled bathroom, ours was still part tiled, and the walls had presumably been painted over with a coloured sealant to prevent them from absorbing damp. The new white porcelain WC and basin were spotless however, so a work still in progress, no doubt?

Noise: we were obviously close to the end of the airport runway, as jets rumbled over head throughout the night. That we could cope with, however a bunch of cats outside of our bathroom window were having something of a love-in, - for want of a better expression - and the howls and calls, etc. continued on throughout the night and only stopped at dawn.

A self help complimentary, if very rudimentary, breakfast was provided of very weak orange juice, Tea or coffee, powdered milk & sugar with toasting bread and jams available too, although we just settled for the coffee ourselves, as we'd eaten out locally and quite well, the night before.

This little hotel is located in a very pleasant area that abounds in bars, cafes and restaurants offering plenty of choice and styles of food.

All in all a pleasant enough, if brief, stopover.
The hotel served our precise purpose very well and at an absolutely incredible bargain price too. Top value!

The hotel had nice, affordable suites for families. Bedroom and a living room with twin bed, table, microwave, and fridge. Toast and coffee for breakfast. Nothing fancy, but fine. The wifi was passable. The best part of the hotel was the neighborhood which is mellower than the old town and has a lot of delicious restaurants all around.
