The best hotel staff I've ever experienced! His name is Leo. Here's the story. Late night on 11th Feb., I took a Grab taxi from Suvarnabhumi Airport and arrived at the hotel around 11 o'clock pm. The taxi driver had a hard time finding the location of the hotel and managed to arrive. It was only after the taxi had left that I realized that I had left my phone in the back seat of the taxi. I was in a state of mental breakdown because I could only find the plate number of the taxi through the Grab application, and I couldn't find the taxi driver's cell phone number. My phone contains everything about me, including my financial information, passport and airline ticket details. Because it happened on the first day of the travel, not only did it ruin all of our itineraries, but it was also very difficult for me to return to my home country. Even if this happened in Korea, it is an incredibly troublesome accident. First of all, since I don't speak Thai at all, it's hard to find a way to even talk to the Grab service center because I don't have a phone, but thanks to the kindest and the most relaxed and wonderful hotelier that i've met called Leo, the first person to greet guests at the hotel gate, he successfully contacted the service center, and after much effort, he was able to find out the taxi driver's cell phone number. Thanks to his smart and professional response, finally I was able to find my cell phone that was my life. He was totally my guardian angel. In the whole process, Leo calmed me down and helped me not to give up hope on the phone with a Buddha-like smile. Without him, it would have been very, very difficult for me to return to my country. I don't know how to repay this favor. Thank you, Leo! Thank you, Thailand!

This was the first hotel we stayed at on our tour, the room was spacious with a large bathroom inc separate bath and shower. Large fridge and washing machine also provided within the room. The balcony was ok but air con took up half of the space. This is a high rise hotel above a shopping centre near to local markets and plenty of food options. The reception staff were welcoming and free hot drinks from a machine were available all day. The pool was too small for the amount of people using it every sunbed was full which was surprising, the wooden floors surrounding were also quite slippery when wet. Pool towels were provided. Breakfast was adequate with choices of Thai and western food. The eggs however were not cooked well and fried eggs were left on a side plate and just reheated on order. Pancakes, fruit and a few cakes were available. Coffee was very strong and tea was very weak. Probably would not return as the pool was not suitable for relaxing after a long day.

The suite was very spacious & well appointed, the views from the balcony over the river & the city were fantastic. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of foods. The pool area was very nice. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Disliked · The decor is looking a little tired, especially on the landings. Nothing that a lick of paint wouldn't cure. There isn't very many sun loungers around the pool. It's not really a problem if you get up early enough.

The hotel is attached to Robinsons, which is good when travelling with elderly as supermarket and food is in the mall. However, the surrounding walkways are not as friendly to those with walking difficulties. Note that the nearby Saphan Taksin station does not have a lift to the platform and no down-riding escalators. Stayed in a family suite, which is dated but very clean with all the facilities, including a washer/dryer. Maybe the hotel should consider refurbishing the rooms in the near future. Breakfast is not extensive but it was plenty for me each morning. There is ice-cold jasmine tea provided at the lobby in the day, which I filled up my empty water bottle each day on my way back to the room after a long day out. And I have to mention that the service here is great, including housekeeping and the porters at the lobby (it is amazing to see how they work to service guests in the lobby at peak hour). Overall, I enjoyed my stay here but would avoid when travelling with my parents, which is no fault of the hotel but the location.

I booked the hotel since Febuary for countdown on 31st Dec2023.I called up the hotel little earlier and asked about the room information because i had no idea whether the room i picked would be able to see firework.Khun Arther( khun Rang) was very kind to our family he tried his best to allocate us on higher floor.Though the hotel was not very new but it is very well maintained. The location is perfect to get anywhere by BTS or by boat to see old famous temple for tourists. Food is eveywhere around the hotel. The family suit river view was really big with 2 bedroom and dining area. All of us could see firework so beautiful. The service of all staff are very impressive. They are very helpful and hardworking. I wish to come back again. Thank you so much for a memorable new year. I am sure it will be so great after renovation.

Extra large rooms, with a small balcony over the river, also had a dinning room and kitchen with washer dryer combination but was easier drying clothes in bathroom. Initially our first room leaked over night from aircon we assume and the shower didn't drain but they happily moved us to a different room which was totally fine for the mext 4x nights All staff are exceptional from the security guard, bell boy and receptionists so friendly and helpful made us feel so welcome. We were traveling with a family found the location perfect close to ferry, trains taxi and tok tok all at the door step also family friendly massage places. The hotel has a big swimming pool and is joined to a department store and grocery shop, plus more restaurants. Also a great night market there to. Fantastic we haven in Bangkok if you have a family and don't want to be around the night life but still close to malls and anywhere you desire in Bangkok. I definitely will be coming back to stay here.

This hotel is not new and shiny although the rooms are well kept and very clean. It has character and feels like you’re in Thailand - which is what we look for. We had a corner room (1916) with 2 balconies, each one giving a different river perspective which was amazing! Watching the sunset was breathtaking. Room is big with a kitchen, washing machine and big bath tub. The bed is HUGE. The pool is also a lovely bonus. The area around the hotel is perfect. Too many cities have pushed out their residents but here you can still see daily life. The streets are lined with local businesses, it’s hustle bustle. Street food is excellent, Tops supermarket downstairs is so convenient too. We booked early so got a good rate.

Firstly the price for a family room with river view about 15,228.45 TB or €400 for 2 nights. No breakfast. We need a family room because we travel with our daughter. We had a special request with our booking, A room on a high floor. When we arrived we had to wait for the room to be checked. This despite us arriving at 4 pm two hours after check in. They offered us a room on 9th floor . The hotel starts on the 6th floor. Under that is parking and shops. So no high floor view. We asked for a higher floor. Offered one on the 16 the floor . However the view outside the window was a multistory car park and to the far left a bit of the river. We again asked about a room with river view just like we had, the three other times we stayed here. We were offered one but would have to pay for the upgrade. I paid as I wanted to sit on the balcony, take in the view as my wife attended a local clinic. People come to Thailand for value for money. That value for money is slipping away. Won't be coming back again to center point.

I have stayed around 20 nights here this year and am booked again for Jan 24. The location, rooms, housekeeping, security, value for money and amazing staff make this my favourite hotel. Rooms are spacious and include a clothes washer which is perfect for longer stays or for when I return from being out of the city for a few days. Great local feel to the neighbourhood with everything you need at your fingertips and close to transport links. Local food, western food, massage shops, coffee shops, bars and 7/11 all at your doorstep. I also must say that my interactions with staff are always professional, courteous and friendly. Special mention to Leo and Deaw who always make me feel very welcome and I'm looking forward to seeing them and the the rest of the team again when I return next month.
