Recently stay in this hotel with my family. Hotel is very old but still managed well in terms of cleaning. Rooms were okay types and will all the basic amenities like tea/coffee machine, dryer etc. We had requested for the Dental kit and found that it’s paid but we were not carrying the same so finally bought from them. They were very strict about the checkout timing which was 12 noon and late check out was chargeable so we did on time.

Even hotel lobby, rooms were fine but breakfast is boring. They serve same menu of breakfast for four successive days. Not comfort for guest who don't like Asian foods. On forth day i just ate a piece of bread and coffee due to their menu of breakfast.

My wife and daughter had been to Bangkok last week for 2 days and were booked in this hotel. Looking at the old reviews, were skeptical about the hotel. But the scenario was completely different once they reached. Very nice hotel, centrally located, prompt services from hotel staff, food was excellent. Thanks to all the Hotel staff & Keep up the good work in hospitality. Anirban Sen

Let me start off by saying that this hotel is totally racist towards Indians, they ask for deposit only from Indian guests despite 80% of their business comes from Indians. These are the bad experiences faced by me and my family during our 5 nights there. 1. Hotel staffs are extremely rude towards Indians and they speak to us so badly as if they are so superior comparing to us. 2. We could not connect to the wifi in our room so we called the front desk asking them to please send someone to the room to help us connect but the front desk lady rudely replied and said "We no come up you bring your laptop down" Things like this wouldnt even be an issue in our hotels in India. 3. We ran out of drinking water in the room so we called the front desk to send some water and they said there's no water in the hotel and we have to come out and go out of the hotel where there's a machine and buy water from there.. I went down and spent almost 30 mins and both the machines just wasn't working, I went to the hotel to ask the staffs to please come with me to the machine and help me out thinking maybe I wasn't operating the machine correctly but they all refused to come. again things like this wouldn't even be an issue in our hotels in India. 4. The whole hotel is infested with cockroaches. we found at least 30 cockroaches in out room, bed, desk and washroom. I even saw a cockroach crawling on the bread during breakfast. 5. Room has a very bad smell don't know coming from where. 6. During breakfast, one lady holding a board in her hand saying "Breakfast closes at 10AM" and she rings a bell and walks around the whole restaurant showing all Indian the board. 7. When I submitted by key along with the deposit slip during checkout the old lady who handles checkout looked at me weirdly and threw the deposit paper back at me saying "We check room first" and then she told me to stand back and wait for her to call me. This rude old lady deserves a slap right there.. totally undertrained and ill-mannered. I STRONG DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY INDIANS. THESE PEOPLE TREST US LIKE SH*T SO WHY SHOULD WE GIVE THEM BUSINESS? JUST BOYCOTT THIS HOTEL!

Stayed here for NYE 2022. The rooms were okay, the bathroom was terrible and the wifi is almost non existent. The bathroom although big had very very old fittings. Service was decent but overall a pretty below par stay especially for the price.

1. If u stay in this hotel u don't need to go for wild safari as cockroaches/lizard are already here.(video proof attached) 2. Washrom were last renovated during year 2000 so that u feel old world charm here(don't expect bathroom fixtures to function). 3. Staff is very friendly if u are Indian , they look at u like u are joker in a circus and treat u like one. 4. They trust Indians so much that they take deposit of 1000 baht from them at the time of check-in. 5. You should be punctual at breakfast and they take it very seriously if u are late even by 5 mins over time , breakfast is gone. 6. Only guest should be punctual however hotel staff is very linient when it comes to pool timing as it is opened later than the specified time. Also it is closed on weekend so that u don't spend time in hotel.
