We stayed three nights in Bangkok at the Banyan Tree and found it to be the perfect sanctuary from the busy city. Our experience of the food, pool, spa, accommodation, service and hotel generally was excellent. Our room was in fact so comfortable that we managed to entirely miss breakfast on the first morning. We were also incredibly impressed that they unexpectedly allowed us to check into our room on arrival at 9am affording us in essence an extra day enjoying the facilities. Whilst I've no doubt there are many options for high quality hotels in Bangkok, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Banyan Tree or indeed return in the future.

Stayed here 3 nights and loved every minute of it. The location is great but the staff really do make the hotel a brilliant place to stay. Every staff member we came across from Concierge to the Kitchen staff were amazing and thoughtful! Being vegetarian they adapted and created new dishes for us upon request. I was celebrating my birthday and so the staff organises a surprise cake cutting for it…! Totally unexpected and such a lovely thing to do! Really happy with our stay and we look forward to our stay with the Banyan Tree in Krabi today! Fabulous service! Keep it up guys!

Such a beutifull venue. The food was the best of our trip in Bangkok and the staff who looked after us personally. Lek Jane and Jaeb were so accommodating and we were never with an empty glass. The food was delicious and you can't say anything about vertigo restaurant without mentioning the view. A true highlight of our stay in beutifull Bangkok.

Tonight we celebrated my wife's birthday in Vertigo. The service was fabulous Jeab, Lek and Jane looked after us really well. We had the 3 course set menu with wine selection. All the food was superb, especially our steak. At the end of our meal my wife was treated to a celebration serenade and birthday cake. The views up on the rooftop are amazing and the atmosphere is relaxed. No rush over the food. A wonderful experience and a great ending to our stay in the fabulous city of Bangkok. Nice view and great service. Waiter Benz was was very attentive to us, made pretty photos for our anniversary. Must visit place in Bangkok , but be ready for high price 😁 be prepared for the fact that for beautiful photos you will have to stand in line for some time.

Was a very nice experience. Especially the amazing service of Benz and Tar. He is awesome ! The restaurant is at the 59th floor and offers a really great view over the city. Together with a really good service and great food this place is for sure a highlight in Bangkok.
