1、服務態度不好：接待小姐Bunny是中國人，和另一位Joe都會說中文，但是在Checkin 的時候卻不會主動招呼，讓我們家族16人光Checkin 就花了一小時，大家累得攤在沙發上，櫃台人員Pearl也沒有笑容，很不友善的服務
2、三溫暖維修暫停使用，訂房或Checkin 的時候沒有主動告知，入住後電話詢問才知道不能用，不過可到隔壁飯店St. Regis使用，但是要事前預約，後來就沒去了。沒有事先告知這一點，真的很不專業
20:50到St. Regis，結果，櫃臺人員沒有人知道我要去使用三溫暖，陪我走來的Anantara員工連門都沒陪我進去，再見都沒說就不見了，我非常尷尬，感到非常丟臉，而且St. Regis的人員告訴我，使用三溫暖是要額外付費的，我只好滿臉羞愧地回到Anantara
最後，Nimit先生對我說，”I apologize, sir.”，我回他說，”it’s not ur fault, the mistake is mine. I shouldn’t choose Anantara.”More
