Had a wonderful stay at this new, vibrant, modern hotel. This is my second stay and had a very comfortable and relaxing time.
The hotel is in a great location as lots of bars and restaurants nearby and was short taxi ride to Queens Sirikin Convention Centre where I was attending eMobility Expo.
I stayed here for 4 nights and was upgraded at check-in so this was a great start to my stay!
Rooms are spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean but most importantly very quiet so was always able to get a good nights sleep.
Food in restaurants is excellent with very wide selection of hot and cold options, both Western and Asian.
All staff were amazing, so friendly and always available when necessary.
Very special mentions to Friend on Reception who was so helpful throughout my stay, friendly and always with a welcome, happy smile on her face! Tae and Fluke in Concierge were always available to help me out whenever I needed support with taxis, baggage, documents, local advice, etc.
A memorable experience and I will for sure be returning!

New hotel that I’ve stayed at twice now. Rooms are modern but smaller than usual for Bangkok. Still acceptable to me.
Some recognition of my titanium status, no suite upgrade so far but they’ve upgraded my room from one with no bath to one that includes. No lounge but as part of the opening there is a happy hour in the lounge bar near lobby with some drinks and nibbles.
Staff is great, friendly. I would especially like to thank the concierge staff, voluntarily calling me to inform me that my grabfood delivery is here and bringing it up to my room without qn even late at night. Great service in general but especially at a courtyard property where I wouldn’t have expected that level of service. Also great service from the doormen, extremely proactive and helpful, restaurant staff etc.
Location is slightly further from the BTS vs the other Marriott properties in bkk I usually stay at . Abt 10min walk from Asoke . Still acceptable.
I travel to bkk very frequently. The main reason why I have moved to this hotel or at least added it to my key shortlist of regular hotels is because of the breakfast! Even for bkk where the hotel breakfast in general is good; this one stands out. The Japanese section is one of the best I’ve seen. Warm Japanese rice with unlimited onsen egg and the best furikake!! Rotating meat daily but I love the tonkotsu pork. I like this so much that I literally stay in this hotel to have this for breakfast instead of another hotel which I used to frequent. The waffles are also really good. And they have scones! Uncommon to find scones with whipped cream at breakfast in Asia so that makes me v happy. I also like that the yoghurt, Bircher muesli, fruit etc are kept inside clear fridges so it’s chilled instead of left in open air / on ice.
All in all, a solid hotel with the bases covered. And now a key part of the handful of hotels I frequent in Bangkok.

This hotel is simply perfect! It is almost brand new, well located and close to the Sukumvit area and easy access to the subway links. We were upgraded as Marriott Platinum and we were also offered drinks vouchers and option to use laundry facility as lounge is not available. I didn’t expect this at all (in a Courtyard hotel) so it was a nice touch.
Breakfast was truly spectacular! It is the highlight of our stay as the hotel really went over and above in terms of variety of options, choice of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as an excellent live egg station. All the staff in the hotel genuinely seem to be keen to make an impression and make your stay memorable. They pay excellent attention to detail and take care of your requests with a smile on their face.
Our only disappointment was that we only stayed for two nights. If I really have to pick a flaw then I would say that our room was on the 3rd floor and view was disappointing but this is me being pedantic. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel

This hotel is a solid choice when visiting Bangkok. The rooms are of a high standard for a Courtyard - you won't be disappointed. The hotel is about a 12-minute walk to Terminal 21 and a similar walk to Emporium so you are spoilt for choice in terms of shopping and food options. The hotel's breakfast is of good quality although it is not as good as it was when it first opened (ice coffees and the eggs were great but the pancakes and waffles weren't always fresh unless you specifically requested them and there seemed to be fewer choices on the buffet than before). However, despite a few shortcomings, with the hotel's facilities (a great pool and gym), the convenient location and wonderful staff (especially the concierge team who are always willing to help), at the right price, you can't go wrong by choosing this hotel, in particular if you're a first-time visitor who wants something comfortable without paying through the roof.

A perfect Courtyard brand, 2nd in the city, in the heart of Sukhumvit area. It’s a brand new hotel in Sukhumvit Soi 20. Being a platinum elite member, front desk upgraded to a premium room. It’s an oversized room with a large bathroom with separate shower area and a bathtub. Simple yet elegant design and a very functional room. Breakfast was outstanding with a clever selection of Thai, Indian and Japanese spread besides the usual western variety. Staff are courteous and very friendly with a passionate service mindset. It was a short stay for us in transit but would love to come back.

Hotel facade and location was great, stone throw away from the main road! Check in on a Thursday at 4pm was a breeze.
Room was located in building 2.
Room interior was modern with a bath tub. Small but cosy. However cleanliness of the room can be improved, saw a sheet of used tissue paper underneath the bed near the bed frame at the corner of the bed and also hair in the bathroom room. Even after turndown service, the tissue and hair was still around 😥
There’s shuttle service 2 hourly to asoke and emporium separately.
Ate at the hotel’s restaurant Reap factory’s Harvest Sunday brunch (last Sat of the month seafood brunch buffet) 1200 - 1600.
1,488B ++ per pax. Marriott Bonvoy member enjoys 10% discount.
Decent selection of fresh and cooked seafood: fresh fine de Claire oysters and fresh Korean oysters, cooked sea white shrimp, cooked crayfish, cooked flower crab, cooked black mussels.

In terms of regular hotels (not counting Marriott Executive Apartments), Courtyard Sukhumvit 20 is one of the newest Marriott hotels in Bangkok and was the only one I had not tried yet (out of 20). This Courtyard has 5 suites so upgrades are not so easy but better odds than the other Courtyard in Bangkok which only has 2.
I was lucky that I could get a suite on my stay although I needed late check-out so the hotel asked me if I could move to smaller room for the last few hours on my day of departure to allow them enough time to clean the suite before the arrival of another guest. I appreciated that they gave me the choice, I elected to take the suite because the late change in room did not bother me too much and it was a reasonable request from the hotel.
This is a brand new hotel so obviously the room looked very good, clean, bright, and modern. I was a bit surprised that the shower was not rain shower but that's the only mild negative that came to mind regarding the room.
The hotel does not have a lounge but they provide 2 drinks vouchers per day at the hotel bar for guests Platinum and above, with the drinks list including beer, wine, and one cocktail. Also, breakfast was fairly nice for a hotel in this price range.
Overall I found the value for the money to be quite good and I can recommend this hotel.

Terrible traffic accessing this hotel, outside car or bike noises constantly can be heard from your room. Terrible view, for the same price Hyatt Place nearby much better quality.
Marriott has downgraded many of benefits for their premium members. This type is only suitable for no-frill visitors. For kids absolutely no good, nothing !!!
Bangkok has plenty of cheap hotels, and even the other courtyard is more centrally located and much less noisy. But with the drop in standard across the board for Marriott branding, better explore other brands for the same price.

Hotel was really new, so everything was very clean and fluffy. We took the 2 double beds, and it fit our family of 4 really nicely. Toiletries were basic, just the usual comb and toothbrush set. Gym was great, open 24hours, and well equipped with icy cold water and towels.
Staff were awesome! Maybe it's the special Thai hospitality, maybe it's the hotel staff, we really arent sure, but everyone there were so smiley and helpful. My kids love Pai and team, they were very attentive to my kids' endless questions! We once went out forgetting to lock the safe, but came back and everything was intact PHEW! I love that about the hotel, it just felt really safe :)
The only complaint I have is that I did not know there were 2 Courtyard by Marriotts in Bangkok. I thought I booked the one nearer to MBK, but turns out there is this newer one. The new address is also not indicated on the hotel key cards (which we usually use to show taxi drivers / tuktuk drivers) so we were always sent to the other Courtyard by Marriott ... which is about 20 min away if you factor in the traffic jams. I truly recommend double-checking which Courtyard by Marriott you are booking, and I would advise the hotel to print the hotel address on the key card for the guests' convenience.
Other than this, all is great!

The transfer from the airport was quite nice. The hotel is located at the center of the city,making the location and accessibility very easy. The moment you walk in,you are welcomed with a warm reception. The concierge Pai was very helpful to recommend all the nice places to visit,Chef Tor and the rest of the team made our stay quite special.. Will definitely return in the near future.

Unfortunately, we do not have smoking rooms or rooms with balcony. All our guest rooms are non smoking. However, we provide smoking area on lobby level.
