Feedback such as yours is very important to us as it is a key component of our continuous improvement process and it allows us to determine where we are meeting or exceeding our guests’ expectations and, equally importantly, attend to any issues they may experience during their stay. I would also like to thank you for the very positive comments you made about our hotel, especially describing us as ‘amazing’. While you praised most aspects of the hotel, I was disappointed to see you had a slightly negative experience with your visit to our swimming pool, for which I sincerely apologise. Please be assured that our swimming pool is cleaned thoroughly each day with a specialist vacuum machine specifically designed for pools such as ours, and we also conduct water testing on a daily basis to make sure the chemical levels of the pool water are safe and the water is as clear as possible. At Eastin Grand Sathorn we take the health and safety of our guests very seriously and I will be passing your comments on to the relevant team in order that they can monitor the situation to ensure this does not happen again. I also thank you for bringing this to my attention. With regard to the spa receptionist having difficulty with English, I have passed your comments on to the spa manager and they will follow up with appropriate training for the staff member, and also ensure that a staff member with adequate English skills is always on reception to greet guests.
