Nice clean rooms and bathrooms at reasonable price. Very helpful and attentive staff with knowledge of local restaurants in area. Be sure to visit The Medici Restaurant on the ground floor for the best Italian food in town.
The hotel itself is quite stylish, well located and has a great rooftop bar. Breakfast buffet offers pretty much whatever you could possibly wish having for breakfast: fresh juice, various egg dishes, fruits, pastries, dairy, etc. There’s also an infinity pool which for whatever reason...More

Dear Veronika Y,
Thank you for sharing your lovely experience on TA.
I read through your feedback with joy knowing that every aspect of Hotel Muse met your satisfaction.
Our pool whilst not the largest is known as our little Oasis. Yes recommended!!
Gorgeous hotel with beautiful amenities. Splendid and playful decor.Especially enjoyed the Salon, Speakeasy with secret upstairs room. The downstairs restaurant is not to be missed! The pool area is nice but somewhat small. Staff was gracious. Good location if you want to shop.
Muse hotel is a little Gem in the crowd of 5 Stars Hotel of Bangkok .
Very personalized reception .
This boutique hotel was exclactly what I needed after a week of extensive travelling . The staff was so helpful and welcoming .
We stayed here for 6 nights for business and some leisure.
Our room was spacious, clean & nicely furnished.
Helpful & polite service from both housekeeping to front desk.

All BTS stations have escalators, and some have elevators. But the challenge here is that the escalators are often at the wrong end of the station. Access to Chit Lom station nearest to Muse Hotel is a stairway. There is an escalator further down the street, but it's not easy to get to because it would require crossing the street (which is quite wide) and navigate the uneven sidewalk for quite some distance. Also, escalators usually only go up, although there are some exceptions at some stations during rush hour.
However, there is a shopping mall (Mercury Ville) right next to the Chit Lom station. You could easily enter the mall (during opening hours) and use the interior escalators, and then exit the mall on the second floor using the BTS station exit.

Chit Lom certainly has upriding escalators, but not down ones. The tuk tuk drop off provided by the hotel is not at an escalator but the station is accessible via the nearby shopping centre (mercury ville). However, there are still some small flights of stairs to climb.
Do note that this is true for almost all BTS stations anyway, so I wouldn't mark this against Hotel Muse.
Hope you have a smashing visit to Bkk.
