From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious accommodations with exceptional service, made me and my son's stay truly memorable. With its convenient location and outstanding service, Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit has quickly become my go-to choice for accommodations whenever I travel to the area, 5 stars! It was an unforgettable experience for my son, he said he loves this hotel and he wants to move to stay here forever! Haha. Lastly, I would like to give a big thanks to Khun Dusty and Khun Soda for a warm welcome and for helping to arrange everything for me. My solo trip with my little boy was not so exhausting as expected.

A quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. The staff are friendly and the amenities first class. The happy hours at the pool, reception and rooftop are of good quality and competitively priced. The rooms are well maintained. Location is amongst some of the better street food venues in Bangkok

Our family of 5 had a great 4 night stay at the Carlton, it is a luxury hotel, centrally based, short walk to station, comfortable, spacious, clean rooms, all the staff were excellent, wonderful breakfast, staff all very helpful, friendly, quick check in, pool area excellent, roof top bar great service and views, concierge were amazing particularly after we left belongings in the room and they arranged transfer back to UK, clearly communicating with us by email and returned in a very timely manner many thanks

Our hotel experience with a Carlton could not have been more perfect. It was our 20th anniversary, they had an unbelievable desert and beautiful swans towels with red roses, waiting for us when we arrived. The front desk staff and concierge were friendly and helpful, and immediately made you feel welcome. The pool facility, the gym, and the spa are Five star. The rooftop bar has an amazing atmosphere, with fantastic food, and an incredible view of the city. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the shower is fantastic. When we return to Bangkok, we will definitely be back at the Carlton in Hotel.

Nice modern hotel in a good location. I enjoyed my two day stay at the Carlton. The facilities were great and the location and proximity to the subway/skytrain excellent. All the stay were friendly and helpful.

First time staying at The Carlton as it was recommended by a YouTuber. Location is good, walking distance between two BTS stations, very easy to get to the shopping mall, massage place and restaurant. Hotel is beautiful and modern. Spacious room and Comfortable bed. Hotel service was great. Check in was quick and smooth. I stayed for 8 nights with the room type has club access. Nice breakfast, some free laundry, whole day free flow tea coffee and pre dinner drinks every night. Special thanks to Nicha, Nene and Wawa the staffs at the club lounge, very professional service and saw their lovely smile every day. I will definitely come back next time and highly recommend to friends.

Staffs are very helpful and politeness, especially Phon and Jack! They always smile and introduce the local meal in Bangkok. Also show us around for transportation and Apps on the phone. Room is big and cleanness. Only unexpected the extra charges for the family room. Overall is pleasant to stay in this hotel

The hotel is located in the middle of a business area surrounded by 2 BTS train stations (Asoke sta. and Phrom Phong sta.) and 1 MRT station (Sukhumvit sta.), walking distance to shopping malls, parks and not too far from Convention Center. The room was clean and comfy. View from the room was spectacular. Higher floor for better view. The gym is well-equipped, bigger than other hotel's gym judged from my experience. I spent time at a pool. The pool bar from 3pm-5pm has a happy hour with a great selection of drinks. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good hotel to stay in the heart of Bangkok.
