We arrived far too early to check in after the long flight from London but was offered safe storage area for bags and use of rooftop pool/shower to freshen up and hotel managed to have room ready by noon. Warm welcome, nice large room with bath/jacuzzi feature. Very clean, fridge and safe available. Helpful staff. Excellent location for Grand Palace and close to the Khao San road restaurant and nightlife. Nice to have the use of a pool after a busy day's sightseeing. The 'bell boy' especially helpful getting cabs etc. Good value and would strongly recommend.

I arrived around night time and the one's working there didnt even ask anything and said they dont have anything.maybe they are not interested to have guests or maybe they are inexperienced. Never saw someone working in a hotel so rude and denying everything.

Right round the corner from the Khao San area, this place was perfect for me. Safe (had a large safe – I had a computer with me) with a very comfortable bed and decent air con. It all looked like the pictures and the staff were great. I didn't swim in the pool or use the bar, but I saw it and it looked just fine too. Only slight thing at the start was that the cleaners forgot to clean the toilet prior to my arrival, but once I reminded them, they did it and it was fine.

Nice hotel in a good location, friendly staff on reception with a nice rooftop pool, two things that need improving are the food facilities, the bar attached to the hotel isn’t great at all and the view from our widow was a building sight so be prepared people are working early in the morning.

I stayed in the premium suite with jacuzzi. Room is spacious and the jacuzzi is a two person impressive size. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable and the location to Khaosan rd is great. Staff were good too very friendly. Highly recommend this place

Hotel is a great location from the main KaoSan road (2min walk) friendly staff and reception, rooms tidy and clean! Showers were good in one room, poor in anotger but what ever you do don’t bother eating here! Had a uncooked pizza one night (Gita refund) hard garlic bread! braved buffet breakfast on last day, stale croissants, stale bread for toast in basket and I’m sure the black bean fried rice was leftover from last night!! :-( Def must be butter places for 3000 baht a night (2rooms)

I enjoyed my stay here. It was a great location- just around the corner from Khao San road. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The only downside was that the only window in the room was internal- looking out on the corridor to the lifts and above the lobby- so I had to leave the curtain closed throughout my stay for privacy. I didn't mind this though as I was out most hours of the day. The roof-top an pool was great!

Do not be fooled by the 4 stars or marble floors. The rooms are dirty and extremely small. The location and foyer is great. The pool was closed when I wanted to go and the bar by the pool closed without any intention of opening. I knew the rooms were small from other reviews, but it was much smaller than I expected. The large accumulation of dust and empty bottles behind and under the bed disgusted me. The hotel staff was not really helpful, they could not point me to a place where I can buy a sim card or but a suitecase. The breakfast is sub par for what you get - two fried eggs and a piece of white toast. If you are a backpacker with money that wants to party and do not care about sanitation. This place is for you. There are much better and cheaper hotels in the area.

I have not yet stayed here; however, I had booked and then last minute was unable to go because of covid plane cancellations. I have been charged and yet they have completely stopped answering my emails.
