Overall very great. Room clean, good view, mid size room enough for solo traveler. Stuffs are very helpful, but not as "always smile face" compare to other bigger brands. The hotel did take my reviews seriouly. They send stuffs to check my room in the morning after I left them a review the night before. That is very effection.

We stayed here for one night in early March, 2022 as part of our Test and Go entry into Thailand. Everything was great. The staff were all really helpful and organized. Most importantly, the Test & Go program had changed after we booked and paid for our room. The hotel refunded the difference quickly with no drama. This really is a hidden gem in a very nice neighborhood. The attached center is mostly restaurants and the surrounding area is packed with street food and outdoor restaurant options. Plus, you can walk out of the lobby and be on the BTS in about a minute. Definitely recommend.

1) Modern hotel. Get a room on the pool side away from the noise of the main street and BTS. Spend the extra $15 a night and get the higher floor skyline rooms. Bottled water provided. Safe to brush teeth with hotel water. 2) Hotel is connected directly to a shopping mall that has a full- sized grocery store of the bottom floor. Top floor is a move theater. Other floors have small but very good restaurants, and shops. 3) This hotel is on the BTS elevated train system; "On Nut" stop. You can take the train directly to the BTS stop for the BITEC Convention Center; "Bagna". If you are there a week get a multi-trip Rabbit card. You will need your passport to purchase a Rabbit Card. 4) Excellent and very polite hotel staff. I will tell you with most of the staff did not speak full English, but much better than my Thai. If you have a request write it down and give to the front desk to make the communication process easier. 5) I got a very professional massage at the hotel spa which was awesome. Thai massage on upper floor of mall also excellent and safe. 6) I have never felt heat like Bangkok. Dress for very humid and hot. Hotel has a very nice pool which helped. 7) Giant mall across the street. Many food carts on both sides of the street. 8) If you have an early flight out in the morning I would transfer to a hotel at the BKK airport as traffic in Bangkok is at another level.…

it’s a very good hotel with great breakfast. I stayed there for a week and everyday has some changes of breakfast. The hotel very close to BTS in nut station. The staffs are very friendly and nice. It’s the best choice in Bangkok.

I choose This hotel for the location (connected to the mall and BTS) But the staff service gonna make me to find this hotel again for my future stay in BKK I was assigned to a connecting room and unfortunately my next door was not very considerable people who making noise in the middle of night and slamming the door whole night.. I called to front desk for a help and the night duty manager Ms Nan immediately took an action and solved the problem with extra care service too. She was the one of the best duty manager ever in my whole hotel experience. I would like to thank to her for her excellent service. The very next day I could move the room and the front desk staff Mr 2P kindly helped me very well.
