Moreover, we were delighted to find the hotel in impeccable order, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the sky pool suite, which left us in awe and provided us with an extraordinary backdrop for capturing memorable photographs. The room keepers were consistently friendly and courteous, ensuring that our accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained. We had an amazing experience at the Rosewood Bangkok. The hotel was beautiful, luxurious and tastefully decorated with artistic pieces and decorative elements that combine traditional Thai heritage and contemporary culture. We stayed in a Premier Suite facing the highway. Check-in was swiftly done by the butler in the room. The suite is spacious, beautifully designed in residential style offering a living room, bedroom and a double vanity bathroom that comes with a TOTO toilet bowl, a separate shower and a standalone bathtub right next to the full height window with a TV where you can watch your favourite show while soaking in the tub. The room also comes with complimentary non-alcoholic drinks from the mini bar which replenish daily. This stands out beyond other 5 stars hotels that still charge for mini bar. Another thing to highlight was the service that went beyond expectation by the butler team. During one of the evening, when Andy came to our room to clear the in-room dining, he brought along two lobster rolls for us which we find it very thoughtful. My partner loves the tamarind sweets offered to guests at the hotel lobby. While Justin advised that the tamarind sweets can be bought at the supermarket in Central Embassy however when we went to check at the supermarket, they don’t sell it anymore. The next day, Justin follow up with us to check if we manage to find the tamarind sweets in the supermarket and when we told him that the supermarket don’t sell it, he gave us a packet of the tamarind sweets as complimentary. On the day of checkout, my partner enquired with Justin whether he could buy ten packets of the tamarind sweet from the hotel, immediately Justin and Andy went all out to look for the tamarind sweets. Meanwhile the taxi that going to send us to the airport already arrived and waiting at the hotel. They managed to find remaining seven packets of the tamarind sweets and Andy offered it to us as complimentary. This had took us by surprise. Highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful rooms and nice views. Fantastic location right on the sky train. The WhatsApp concierge service is amazing, they did everything for us and it was super convenient to be able to use it when out and about in the city. Nice breakfast. This is not the hotel for people, looking to wander the grounds and hang by the pool as it is located in a high-rise. But it is a perfect choice for people. Looking for a good location near many of the prime shopping areas and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again.

We travel a lot, also in 5 star hotels but this one is on top of our list right now. Such a beautifully place, lovely stuff, service extraordinary… we loved our stay. As with their other hotels, the butler team has been welcoming and dedicated to cater for guests' needa through the stay. Whether it was to check availability of a sightseeing spot, making reservation for restaurant or for other matters we can get things done with our finger tips. The suite we stayed at offered excellent amentities and furniture, with impeccable soundproof (or we were very lucky?) which allowed us to sleep very well every night without disturbance from neighbouring guests. We preferred Bangkok's simple and elegant decor over their other branch we stayed at before. Breakfast was delicious and the venue gave a relaxed feel. Gym's equipments were clean and adequate. The top floor bar offered a chic feel with tasty signature cocktails served. The experience on the whole was excellent. Their signature houses were very nice too and guess it's worth a night's stay for the exquisite view and feel, but otherwise the suite was already excellent. A 5 star hotel where the staff truly make the difference. Was there in June with a friend who was attending a wedding event. The staff found out it was my birthday and suprised me with such a pretty cake sent to our room. Unintrusive yet attentive. Even offered to come up and sing for me. The night manager who came later with a technical staff to attend to our room safe took pains to show us how it worked. Noticing my cake he offered drinks to go with it as well despit our room having a full Nespresso set up. Breakfast was the righ balance between self serve buffet ( for your cereals and salds ) and made to order 'main courses" which took pains to include local dishes such as the very flavourful rice porridge with pork or fish alongside the usual big breakfast of eggs, bacon , and sausages. Ambience was charming with an al fresco area for large groups so the dining room never felt crowded. Receptionists and hostesses were always smiling and warm . A well -connected and convenient hotel as it is linked by walkway to the Ploen Chit BTS, hence solving a multitude of transport woes.
