Supakiira Arnamnart (bella) the receptionist was really helpful. I had to get the result for my antigen swab so I can fly back to my country, unfortunately, the hospital hasn't emailed yet. She has patiently assisted me, calling the hospital on my behalf, and within minutes e-mailed my results, as well as printed it. She Even called us a cab. She was very calm and professional, I hope Marriott would recognize and promote such a wonderful staff. We were very delighted by Bella's service, and of course, Marriott Executive Apartments. Thank you, can't wait to be back.

Excellent service and outstanding facilities at this Marriot executive appartments hotel. You feel homely atmosphere and extremely comfortable. Staff is extremely cooperative and they have very prompt service. Cleanliness and hygiene conditions are excellent and well maintained.

This is a fantastic hotel with a fabulous team. Location is brilliant, right in the centre of Sukhumvit 24 with Emporium mall nearby. The Tuktuk service is really good. Requested an early check in at 12, got that and an upgrade to accommodate two rooms closer to each other. We stayed for 3 nights and experienced excellent service at every touch point within the hotel. The hotel was at 95%+ occupancy but never felt rushed or having to wait for any requests to be fulfilled. The Operations team led by Vazid are brilliant, and kudos to the Culinary team for providing authenticity across all cuisines they have at offer across all meal periods. Concierge are brilliant too. Thank you and well done!
