This is the first time I stayed in this hotel. The room was spacious with a washing machine (they even provide detergent) and a mini-kitchen. I like the big fridge as well. The room was clean and has everything that I need. The hotel also has a gym, a nice swimming pool and a good spa with reasonable price. Breakfast was very good with a good variety of food and they all taste good. This is a good value hotel.

The accommodation, food, ambience were all excellent. The breakfast had plenty of variety and tasty. Showers were always working with warm water. The hotel is beautiful with good warm swimming pools all round. The treatment of the guests by the staff was refreshing and respectful. The locations is perfect as it has access to all beautiful shopping centres with different transport modes.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Checkin experience was good and so was the checkout. Rooms were really big and spacious and very neat and clean. Had a separate kitchen and washing area as well as good storage area and dressing area. The bathroom was really big in size and had a good big bathtub inside, with smart toilet seats. Saw very less Indians staying in the hotel though. Pool was huge. Our kids did try to go to the recreation area which had a PS 5 but they weren’t allowed citing that the same was under maintenance but later on some other people were merrily using the facility. The hotel had a complimentary coffee vending machine in the reception area which is a welcome serving good coffee. Breakfast, however, was the most disappointing part of an otherwise memorable stay. Very limited vegetarian options and even the standard stuff of breads and fruits were generally over and it was long before they were replenished. Not expected in a 5 star hotel. The whole breakfast area was generally crowded. One good thing I noticed was that the hotel was very liberal in permitting guest to order food from the other restaurants through the apps. I and my family stayed at Grande Centre Point Hotel Ratchadamri from July 23 to July 27, 2023, and it was a terrible experience. Our room was very dirty, dust and dirt were everywhere, which caused my son to have a skin allergy, red and painful, and he had to see a doctor and take medicine. This completely ruined our vacation and caused us a lot of inconvenience and distress. I complained to the hotel about this matter, asking them to compensate us for the medical expenses and the mental damage we suffered, but they just perfunctorily, did not give us any satisfactory answer. They also said they would contact me directly, but they never called or emailed me. They seemed not to want to continue to follow up on the incident and did not respect the rights of the guests. I am very disappointed and angry, I feel it is necessary to write a negative review on TripAdvisor, remind other potential guests to avoid choosing this hotel. The service and quality of this hotel are very poor, not worth your money and time. If you want to enjoy a pleasant holiday in Bangkok, please stay away from this hotel!…

First time to visit, stay for 3 nights: The location is excellent, near the BTS station, just few minutes walking to Erawan Shrine, Central World, Big C, Siam Paragon etc. The room is big, clean, comfortable, with washing machine and big fridge. Fantastic hotel. Room was exceptional. Grand suite. Lovely pool. Great facilities.great view from room. Stayed in room tonight and had food delivered from restaurant as special occasion for us. So so disappointed Green curry and massaman not good at all. I can cook better myself. Complained and was offered complimentary meal. No thank you. Staff very polite when I was complaining but completely ruined our special evening. Thanks to courteous staff but totally unacceptable for a five star hotel. Seven eleven microwave green curry beats it hands down !

Very beautiful property strategically located on Ratchadamri Road between Anantara, St Regis & Waldorf Astoria, Grand Hyatt Erawan. Very close to ERAWAN SHRINE, Gaysorn Village, Central World & Siam Paragon. We reached the Hotel at 8am and they were so good giving us our room at 10am even though checkin is at 2pm. They also gave the access to the swimming pool & health club before we checked in. Awesome and lavish breakfast spread with good vegetarian options also. K Wassana, manager at the Breakfast also provided us with a special vegetarian meal everyday. Chef Anan is very good. We were also looked after very well by Pattamawadee, she specially used to get us a cold coffee for us everyday. The room size is also very good, with excellent house keeping & room service. Also want to mention the lady who was in house keeping off the 33rd floor, very good job. The Thai restaurant on the ground floor, Arun Thai, was also very good, one of the best green & red curry. While checking out also, we were allowed till 1:45, the manager on duty, didn't note down his name, was very humble. I lived in this hotel from Jan 2023-May 2023 on business In BKK Pros: Good location - 5 min walk from Ratchadamri BTS ( Skytrain), easy walk to major shopping malls, restaurants, movies, etc. nice apartment with beautiful view, comfortable bed, nice bathroom Good facilities Good breakfast (best staff in the hotel) Overall quiet Good money for what I got Cons Sales team very confusing and difficult to work with - had multiple meetings and email exchanges to arrive at a final contract. They try yo squeeze every penny out of you. Be careful and assertive, read the draft of your contract. Poor communication of sales team with reception, which was trying to charge me for things I’d agreed for free or reduced price with sales team. Every month there was some drama when I went yo pay bills. Long time to return deposit - sakes team refuse to return deposit at check out. It takes weeks to get it back. Lots of smokers in hotel - by main door, behind hotel, and even in the pool area. If you’re allergic to cigarette smoking, you’ll have a hard time. Even elevators and hallways wreak of cigarette smoking (and heavy middle Eastern perfume!).
