Fabulous stay here. Beautiful room plus the rest of the Riad was wonderful too. We spent time on the roof terrace and in the bar, as well as a meal in the restaurant. Staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Location is good, a few food stalls nearby and a short walk to the main areas like the market.

We stayed at the Riad for 3 nights in December in a first floor room(301). The room was very small dark and loud. My main reason for the 2 star review is because of the noise. The room is directly across from the breakfast area and the singer on Friday night is right out side your door. Also, for some reason at 3 am their was banging and tables being set. If you do not sleep well it puts a damper on the rest of the day. The upstairs pool area is lovely with views of the city.

The hotel and the staff were exceptional! We had an amazing waiter called Youssef and the receptionist IIham was so helpful. I went with my friends for my birthday this hotel made it so special. I would definitely recommend it. As the rooms are traditional and beautiful. They have a spa and the treatments and staff down there were amazing too. It was lovely spa and we had it all to ourselves. I will definitely be back to this hotel as the staff are a great asset to this hotel.

High quality, five star service. Location is excellent, within the centre - yet super quiet. The rooms were immaculate, food was delicious and staff were welcoming and attentive. It was our second stay at this Riad since we enjoyed our stay so much from last year, we will be booking this hotel going forward. Special thanks to Ilham, Adnan, Sara, Anass and Hamza who did nothing but make our stay feel special and personalised.

A hidden Gemma in the medina. I loved everything here. 10 out of 10. Beautiful, clean, very polite and attentive staff. They did the best they could to make our stay perfect under all the aspects. I highly recommend a visit. You won’t be disappointed. And personally, I will definitely come back. Thank you ilham, Sara, adnan and Oumaima. See you next time!

An incredible experience in Marrakech. The riad is a little way (10 minutes) away from the center (Jemaa el-Fnaa) and the area around is therefore less busy, but there are still shops and traders on the street. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the room gorgeous, spacious and clean and the overall experience was just superb. Thank you for the great vacation.

This is a new Riad, and as such is excellently appointed with a management is trying really really hard. Pros . Modern well designed comfortable rooms with good showers and TV. Beautiful communal rooms. Clean and well served. There is a large sun deck, and rather a feeble plunge pool. The Moroccan Breakfast which was served was remarkable for its excellence. The location is in the Southern most edge of the Medina in its Casbah. As such it is 2 mins from the Saadi tombs and 10 mins walk from the two main palaces. No problem. But it is an easy 20 min stroll to the main square and the souks. For some that may be a little remote. For this reviewer that was fine , as actually literally next door is the huge cooperative store (supermarket sized)with all the Knick knacks in one place at fixed prices! And an enormous range of carpets also at supposedly fixed prices. Cons. Brand new operation working through some rough edges. On arrival and tired we personally would have preferred not to view all the possible tours. We booked a taxi from the airport through them- otherwise we would certainly have been unable to find it at the back of a warren of alleyways. Could easily in the hands of a different reviewer be 5 Star, but we have a v high 5 star standard. We stayed in two RIADs on our tour, and happily would return here.

Extremely nice Riad, located in the old town, where the market, souk and many of the things you wanna see is located, so you can easily walk there. The entrance is in a narrow alley and there are no signs how to get there, so ask a lokal guy to guide you and give him 10 dirham for the help- the Marrocan way. All rooms are differently formed with different colours, and the Riad is a very quiet place with birds flying around. The staff is very helpful and service is excellent. The dinner we ate was the best food we had on the whole trip and the breakfast is superb. The only thing we can complain about is the plumming, water doesn’t run off the floor in the shower very fast. The Sundeck on the roof was a very nice place to end the day on with a small pool and Jacuzzi.

We are a group of 4 ladies who stayed at this Riad last week. This Riad is beautiful, cosy, comfortable and clean. The bedrooms are luxurious with comfortable beds and pillows. The food is tasty local cuisine. The decor is tasteful and in keeping with the area. The golf buggy to the high street was great. Abdelhalim (our smiley waiter) was an absolute pleasure: he looked after us , topping up our drinks and making sure we were happy during our stay. I cannot praise the Riad and staff highly enough. Thank you everyone we had a lovely stay. 👍😘 I cannot praise

Lovely new Riad in the heart of the Kasbah, tucked away at the end of a series of winding alleyways away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed, good quality furnishings and power shower. Very generous breakfast with Moroccan and French/continental pastries, omelettes, freshly-squeezed juice, lots of coffee. Rooftop plunge pool (unheated but very welcome after the heat of the day), two hot tubs and bar with good views over the surrounding area. Staff are attentive, charming and very keen to make your stay a good one. Everything is new and very clean, although some teething issues eg: traditional doors don’t always close properly, some minor snagging which was being attended to during our stay. Spa and hammam on site but expensive in comparison to nearby facilities (eg the wonderful Le Bain de Kasbah). Lovely, very quiet annexe to the main building where we stayed for one night and enjoyed a stunning courtyard and seating areas to ourselves. Ground floor bedrooms more noisy as next to the dining and bar areas but overall the riad is quiet and calm, and yet really well-located for the Kasbah, nearby attractions like the Bahia Palace and a 15 minute walk to Jamaa el-Fna. All in all a real oasis in the city and good value as part of a package.
