I really can’t compliment Bliss Riad enough. From the first time we entered the Riad it was a truly incredible experience. Not alone are you right in the middle of the Medina, but you are also are fully exposed to the cultural experience. We had no complaints during our stay and we were constantly provided with excellent service from a really special group of staff. The rooms are stunning and every morning you are eating a delicious Moroccan breakfast with views over the City on the roof. My girlfriend and I (Erika) really can’t compliment Bliss Riad enough, thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

A very special shout-out, to Sharaf, Simo and Alli, who made the trip extra special. They were incredibly welcoming, were always there to help us and happy to chat. Without them, the experience wouldn’t of been the same. Wishing you all the best in the future, thank you again. 🙏

We stayed at Riad Bliss for one night (at the beginning of our two week Morocco trip) and can not recommend it more highly! Sheila, the manager, was so communicative via WhatsApp and made us feel at ease, arranging an airport transfer for us.

Our room was stunning - as was the whole riad. The amenities were quite updated (beautiful shower, king sized bed, fireplace, etc) and the bed was super comfortable. The room also had a nice terrace. There was also a terrace upstairs with a small plunge pool that overlooks the city.

The location was SO great, as well - steps from the Secret Garden, great restaurants, etc. In addition, we also had a traditional hammam experience and massage and would highly recommend those services, too.

I'd also like to give a special thank you to the night manager who was so warm and kind. He was one of the first people we interacted with in Morocco and really set the tone. He provided amazing recommendations and had such a pleasant demeanor.

All in all, one of the best riads we stayed at and would highly recommend to all!

This was an excellent experience. Good value and I and my family felt properly looked after throughout the whole experience and we would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a hammam or massage in Marrakech. Zanib, Fouziah and Samira were the ladies taking care of us and they we’re incredibly warm and lovely people.

We tried a couples massage with my partner. The welcome was extremely basic, I would like to point out that no accessories such as slippers, bathrobes or briefs are provided, and this is not even communicated when booking, so find out everything on the spot.
Something didn't convince us right from the start, with doubts regarding the change of sheets and towels on the beds between the various treatments, which were too humid and even had hair on them. Although the riad looked very nice, the spa environment was crudely furnished. The background music was overwhelmed by the noises coming from the courtyard of the riad, compromising an already unconvincing atmosphere. The girls, although seemingly kind, seemed more improvised than professional. Massage is a subtle art that requires a certain connection, and both my partner and I perceived a total absence of technique but above all of passion. To make the experience worse, one of the girls had a severe cold, blowing her nose and sneezing throughout the massage, leaving the used clinex careless on the table. Considering the small environment and direct contact with customers, it was not hygienic and respectful. If a person is sick, they should not work especially if in such direct contact with the customer. We paid around 115 euros for 2, given as a gift.
Personally I don't recommend it

We had the most amazing hammam and massage experience at Bliss Riad. Naima was soothing, polite, discreet and excellent in the hammam. Never felt cleaner!

For the massage Fatima gave a brilliant toning massage, her movements were simply perfection. Naomi too for the toning massage had incredible movement, pressure and even 75mins didn’t feel like enough. We could have stayed there all day being taken care of in this way like Queens.

Thank you, we will be back.

The hammam was one of the most relaxing experiences of my life. I stubled upon this lovely riad during exploring the chaotic souks of the medina and the staff quickly found an opening and privided refreshments as we waited for our treatment. The hammam it self was clean and the staff member that tended to us during our treatment was very sweet and friendly. I would 100% recommend Bliss

The Riad is beautiful with a relaxing rooftop and great service. The Hammam and massage experience was particular superb - BEST massage I’ve ever gotten, my partner and I left with our muscles feeling way more relaxed and our skin healthy. Thank you to Foziya and Samira for the awesome massage!

This is our third trip to Marrakech. My wife and I had the pleasure to stay at Bliss Riad for eight nights in their top level room. The manager, Sheila Siouffl, has assembled a staff that you might be able to find in a "five star" property, if you are lucky. Sheila and her team are all willing to go above and beyond their job description to make sure you have a joyous stay. The kitchen and reception staff are superb. I had the pleasure to talk with Zakaria for an extended period of time. After numerous interchanges, I knew I had been given a personal connection with this young man that enriched my trip in a way that we all want to experience but that rarely happens. This was a personal and travel highlight during our stay.

Visited the spa two times and on both occasions I left feeling underwhelmed.

Whilst the grounds are.lovely and the staff pleasant, the treatments and quality with which they are delivered lacks a degree of finesse.

This view was echoed by several in our group and therefore it leaves me wondering if management have really offered the staff the training they need to deliver for their clients. If not then it is hard to fault people who are doing their best despite not being trained by management.

I wish the staff good luck, I'm sure that with proper training they'll excel.
