I have recently returned from a really enjoyable holiday in Agadir at this hotel. Room was functional and large enough, it was cleaned daily and the towels changed by the lovely friendly ladies who even put fresh flowers in our room every day. The food was fresh & varied with lots of choice including lots of different salads at every meal. Staff on hand to help with any little thing they could do to make dining a pleasure. Drinks were standard enough, beer, wine, vodka, gin, whiskey and one type of cocktail but there were no limits. Waiting staff were so attentive and drinks were refreshed without having to ask. Thanks Ishmile :-) Pools were clean with four or five to choose from and activities were centered around the larger pool in the complex. Entertainment team worked long hours and provided great entertainment, including a show every night is the amphitheater near the pool area. Location very central, walking distance to local shops & bars, including the sports bar at the entrance to the hotel who managed to find tv stations showing the Six Nations rugby for us!! Beach was a short walk from the hotel and had a private section with lots of loungers for hotel guests to use free of charge. All the staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Overall this is a budget hotel and you get what you pay for

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was fresh & varied at every meal. Room was large & although old spotlessly clean & well equipped. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Had a problem with the shower on the first day which was sorted as soon as I notified reception. Drinks were good & no limits. Pools were clean. Location amazing, walking distance to local shops & bars. Beach across the road with private area for the hotel. Cannot fault any of the staff , the cleaners, bar staff, food & chefs & especially Mohammed the gardener were all absolutely wonderful. Bar next door also very accomodating for sports & have multi channels. Drinks cheap too !

We booked our holiday for one week in February. When we arrived at the hotel supposedly 3 stars.. the hard truth hit us!! The room is miserable, very dirty, the sink got blocked in first 5 minutes, in the bathroom the was a panel fixed with clear tape, the taps are full of scale, honestly in student accommodation would have been cleaner!! Please see the pictures bellow! The "restaurant " serves food with plastic spoons and plastic cups!!! The tables are greasy, the cleaning staff is so rude, cannot really blame them , the management is outrageous! Please be aware when you buy on loveholidays , the real hotel doesn't match with the advertised pictures on the website on loveholidays!

This hotel was fantastic. Stayed for a week with my husband and 2 teenagers. The food was excellent, plenty of choice. Staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, even the Gardner Mohammed was the loveliest person. The evening entertainment was the best we’ve ever seen including in 5* hotels. The hotel has its own in door theatre where the shows and dancing were excellent. The rooms were very clean and the maids cleaned them every day. The choice of swimming pools was great and the heated one was warm. Location is fantastic with a 5 minute walk to the fantastic beach and here the hotel had a cordoned off private area. Agadir Marina was a lovely 20 minute walk along the promenade. Every guest we spoke to had lots of praise for the hotel, it’s easily a 4* Highly recommend

I just want to mention that the hotel itself wasn't a luxury one and it was quite hard to find the entrance by the postcode :) but apart of that...everything was amazing. Agadir is our favourite destination now. The food was delicious, the staff were lovely, always helpful, the entertainment team were always there among us, doing their jobs. It was lovely the whole experience.

All negative opinions are lies. The rooms are spotlessly clean, cleaned every day, very spacious with a balcony or terrace. Daily change of towels. Beautiful views from the window. Delicious cuisine. A large selection of dishes in the restaurant, meat and vegetarian dishes, salads, raw materials, cakes, meat, pasta and many others. Several pools to choose from. Open drink bars. In the evenings, dance shows, disco, animations. Amazing service everywhere in the hotel. People very helpful. I don't agree with any negative opinion. The hotel is wonderful, located close to the beach. I went to see him terrified, but everything I had read was untrue. I spent a wonderful time in a wonderful place with wonderful people.

It's not the best 🤣 but it's what you pay for ! All the staff were lovely to me even the gardeners and cleaners say hello and smile 😃 the rooms are cleaned everyday and are fine just to lay your head down.. nothing major id be put off by... All I would want is a bit more information as I wasn't told where anything was or any events going on for example I got there on 23rd and no one told me I had to book dinner for 24th ... however they did fit me in and loads of other people who didn't know... pools are great there is a few of them being December they were cold but other people were using them... I was so afraid when I read the reviews after I had booked but my rookie mistake paid off

The worst experience of my life. It was my very first time travelling to Morocco on holiday and it’s completly put me off ever coming again. The reception staff (photo attached) are so rude, they have no respect whatsoever and point fingers at their guests whilst speaking to them. They don’t care if you’re a man or a woman. They would probably treat animals with more respect. There was a misunderstanding so we asked for the manager when the receptionist starting shouting “manager manager, everytime all you do is ask for manager”. They never explain anything and ask for extra money and deposits. Very rude staff, wouldn’t even give it a 1 star, more like -5 🤢

I had the worst experience here ever. Will never come back to this rubbish hotel and I would tell everyone reading this to do the same. Firstly the reception staff are so rude and have no respect for women. We had a misunderstanding about the rooms and the reception staff didn’t understand English and just started pointing in my mums face and shouting in his language. He then got out his phone and started to record us all. Not only us that had a problem with the reception staff it was also a few other people in the hotel that complained. We then had the call the police as the reception man was being aggressive, shouting loud probably swearing in his language and recording us and telling his staff to record us too. The police were very understanding and managed to solve the issue. But I recommend to never book this hotel! You will have the same experience! Also hotel room are old and horrible. Bed bugs and nasty mattress I have rash all over my body.

This was by far one of the best holidays due to the people in the resort. Everyone was so nice and approachable. The rooms were very clean, not 5 star quality but it’s clean and that’s all we need. They clean the room everyday and they change sheets and towels as well. The food is okay and just enough choices for it to not be too overwhelming. It’s tasty and meats were always fork tender. I would like to mention some people who I thought were exceptional and were very nice to my family. The guy that guarded the tamlelt entrance, he played with my son whenever we passed by. The lady that cleaned our room everyday. Aziz Qadiri from the dining hall, he always made us feel special and nothing is too much trouble for him for which we were very grateful for. Ed ( with the Bruno Mars hat) from the poolside bar, he made it so much fun for my son whenever we ordered drinks and even if it was busy, he always had a smile on his face. We don’t normally go back to the same place but we will surely return here to visit Agadir again. Special mention to Cappuccino your local friendly (and very pleasant smelling) camel. I would recommend to get a ride with Cappuccino rather than the camels outside. The owner was very nice and does not try to rip people off, you can take a photo with him and not get charged, whereas when we visited one of the places, they said my son can take a photo and then my husband as well but then they made the camel stand up and went around for less than 3 minutes and charged us 3 times the price of a 20 minute ride with Cappuccino. The entertainment as well was great, everyone seems to be having fun and the choices of activities were endless, we even did pool exercises. Thank you so much to everyone at the Caribbean’s Village Agador and El Pueblo Tamlelt… keep up the good work.
