Wanted to stay but no one ever showed at the reception desk, we were there 30 minutes. We waited and no one ever showed up, I don't know why they did not have a person at the reception desk I even stepped behind the desk to see if anyone was in the back room and walked around and could not find anyone so we left and stayed somewhere else.

I only stayed one night, but I could see how one would be very comfortable with an extended stay. Clean spacious room and awesome employees!! Would definitely recommend and would stay there again if in the area.

It was quiet at night and when the two small kids needed to nap. We would stay here again! The location was great and is easy to get on and off the highway 35. There were plenty of restaurants in the area including restaurants with a short walk around the pond.

I'm not one to complain but our room was not cleaned for 2 weeks, our company pays for our rooms but to be dismissive with the issues we brought forward was completely unnecessary. The place had gone downhill severely since I first stayed. We reported the same issue with our fridges and microwaves tripping every day. Rooms were missed on being cleaned even after we let them know and scheduled a day. Like we are there for a few months, we asked for some simply things and Andy didn't ever get it done, I've never felt like someone was playing a game with us or forgetting what we told the guy and he seemed nice but if you don't get the stuff done it doesn't matter. Sorry to write a review like this but it's gotta be said.

We stopped last week by chance traveling north. We returned again traveling back south. Nicely equipped, immaculately clean and comfortable. The desk clerk was pleasant and welcoming. The full size refrigerator and microwave as well as the two burner cooktop were welcome. There was a large flatscreen TV with a nice variety of channels. Breakfast is on you, but there is a nice selection in the hotel store. Casey’s is also right across the street. The neighborhood feel very safe with a number of other fancier hotels and restaurants. It may not seem like much, but we could opt for the fan to be on continuously. Pets are welcome and the parking lot is well lit.

When we arrived our room was not ready and I went downstairs to inform the gentleman that checked us in, the young man went to check on our room to see when it would be ready, my fiancé was still upstairs and heard the lady yelling about why you checking the rooms I'm cleaning... obviously cause we need into our the room. When we finally was able to get into our room it was not vacuumed there was still stuff in the corner and the other bed looked as the person cleaning it was sitting on it instead of cleaning it. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned we noticed the next morning. I don't believe I will try this hotel again, I was tempted to leave then but we had plans and things to do around town.

Stayed 4 nights. Room was not cleaned every day. Was told by front desk that rooms are cleaned every 7 days. I could ask if I wanted clean towels. Bed was not comfortable. Had to ask for more coffee. I think this all should have been provided without me asking.

Rooms were very Clean and Comfortable, the kitchen with the full size refrigerator was really nice to have as well. Staff was great to work with and helpful. Great rates as we were there for work and don’t get compensated well for hotel, so this was great place for us.

I have stayed in other My Place properties before and had no worries about coming to this one. I thought it was strange when we entered the room that the thermostat was turned down to 64, but it was soon apparent that it was probably to cover up the smell of dog that saturated the carpet. Opening the window and running the bathroom fan all evening didn't help. The gritty kitchen floor and dead bugs in the bathroom weren't in line with my previous experiences with other My Place properties either.
