This was a very nice place to stay! And he staff was very helpful. We had had a rather unpleasant experience in Iowa City at the Hampton Inn and I did not know who to contact about this. David at this hotel helped me by giving me the correct person to contact and assured me that my concerns a bout that property were valid. I really appreciated David's insight and was able to make contact with the correct person.

It was super awesome! We just stayed for a night, but the people working the desk were super nice and the rooms were nice overall. I’d definitely stay there again if I’m in the area! The walk in shower was super clean+nice, as well as the queen beds. Overall, super nice for the money!

Very clean! The room was spacious for our crew and the hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. Would stay there again if ever in the area. As a bonus, the bedding for the couch bed was already in the room so we didn’t have to track it down with the front desk staff.

We made reservations under a wedding block. They would not email me a confirmation when I had to ask on 2 different occasions. They charged us over $20 more that the block rate and when I called about it I was told their computer set the rates! Will not stay at a Hilton Hotel again!!!

One of the best if not the best hotels we have stayed in. Quiet! Super comfy beds and pillows. Beautiful, clean hotel. We were in town for a family wedding. Request 3 rooms together and request honored. Fantastic hotel. Highly recommend.

Honestly, the hotel is fine. However, I was traveling for work and had an unavoidable change in my schedule the day I was suppose to arrive. I’ve been a Diamond member for 5 years. I’ve even stayed here before. This the first time and first location that hasn’t worked with me on a short notice change to my schedule and insisted they were going to charge the night (I was only going to be there for one). Instead I had to drive an hour out of my way to ensure the non-profit I work for wouldn’t be charged. There’s sticking to hotel policy and then there’s not taking care of a loyal customer who spends a lot of nights away from his family at Hilton brand hotels.

Typically you know what to except at Hampton’s but this particular stay was not up to expectations. My son and I were in town for a college visit. Location was fine right off the interstate quick drive to campus. We were surprised there was no hot tub in pool area. Breakfast was very disappointing. The selection was very poor compared to other Hampton Inn’s. Not a great way to start our long day. We’ve have found a different hotel down the road less expensive with a great breakfast that we will be using for future visits. I am a Hilton Diamond member and do not recommend this hotel.

We had a family gathering of over 30 people. From the moment we arrived, we were well taken care of. Very willing to meet our requests. We had a big dinner in the meeting room and it was amazing service. Felt like family. Thank you for helping us make great memories. We will definitely be coming back!
