Our flight to Guatemala arrived fairly late. Our shuttle driver was there to meet us as promised and whisked us to the Radisson. Our check in was quick and friendly. Our room was spacious and very clean. The was sooo comfortable after that flight. The morning breakfast bar offered a great selection of hot and cold food dished up by gracious servers. The coffee was fresh and delicious. We walked around a little outside after breakfast, but that might not be for everyone – there was quite a bit of traffic. when we returned we asked at the desk for two bottles of water. It was in our room before we were. Everyone was kind, efficient and helpful. Our friends picked us up and we were off to explore other corners of Guatemala.

I needed a getaway to relax in the city, and this was a really nice choice. View from the room was gorgeous, the room itself spacious, and the best part were the pillows: they have like six pillows of different sizes, so no matter what kind of pillow you like, they have it! Staff was super nice and friendly all around. I'll definitely come back to this hotel on my next escapade!
