Loved everything about this hotel. World class service and facility. Great employees! I will stay here again in the future. Rudi was a great employee. He offered to open elevators and doors, carry your stuff and was super friendly. He was popular amongst all guests.

Loved the hotel and its amenities. Room was very modern and clean and hotel had options for meals and nightlife right on the property. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Also was able to arrange Covid testing directly in our room for our return to the U.S.

Other than issues with the staff at the breakfast area not wanting to serve breakfast a la carte after 10:30, the hotel and the staff are awesome. The rooms were clean, the hotel is well furnished and modern, the location is centric to the main attractions within the city, and the mall next door is a plus.

We were referred to this hotel in particular because, my cousin, Douglas Montenegro Gálvez worked on the building of this project as overseeing the construction of this beautiful masterpiece. He was lead project manager of construction and engineering and it was his recommendation that pushed us to reserve the room. Overall, the stay was pleasant and welcoming. The staff made extra effort in allowing us the use of the pool due to staff being accommodating and helpful! That made the trip even better! Also, we needed a print out of an email and the staff was very productive in getting it printed out and getting it to us in an expedited manner. The only problem we had was that the room door lock was not working properly and did not accept the room key. It was a real inconvenience and we had to call maintenance to come repair it. Fortunately, it didn’t take too long for the technician to come and fix the problem. Independent of that small issue we had, we would recommend this hotel and would stay there again due to its helpful and friendly staff, the safety of the location, and the variety of eatery places in and around the hotel.…
