We stayed at Itzana for our honeymoon in October and we LOVED IT. The staff is incredibly accommodating and there is nothing on the menu we did not like. (Breakfast burrito and fresh fish ceviche are a must.) Clean, upscale environment with so many things to do and see. Great management and staff. Can't speak highly enough of our experience!

Unbelizable! We loved itZana and visited after a great stay at matachica resort in San Pedro. ItZana rooms are very large with tall ceilings and fabulous beach views. The shower and tub are great along with the balcony and plunge pool (note it is not heated). The beach is gorgeous and it’s easy to go for a morning paddle board or kayak. They have a speakeasy type lounge with excellent cocktails. The staff is awesome, especially JP! I would reccomend this hotel to any traveler with high luxury standards.

I went with friends for a week of fun and we loved our stay at Itzana. The staff was friendly and attentive. The two bedroom beach villa was huge and beautiful! The meals were great and a bonus was the complimentary shuttle to restaurants, airport etc. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Belize!!

Absolutely beautiful hotel and location super clean oceanfront lofts were amazing. All the staff was friendly and helpful Wilson and Dwight were awesome ! The restaurant at the hotel was also very nice, cocktails were good. Overall amazing time would definitely go back.

This resort was great for the beach location however the food was very poor. We went to the bar upstairs and they had top shelf liquor and a friendly bartender so that was fun. It is a cute resort with outside dining but we wish the food was better. The rooms were large with a great ocean view but the floors were dirty along with stains on the couch. This resort was hit and miss for us, we loved certain things but were not happy with others. It is a short drive to downtown which we had some great meals. For a Hyatt Resort I was surprised that it was not up to par as some of their other resorts. Overall we had a nice stay but it is not a 5 star.
