We travel as a multi generational family, and this property was great for all of us. My son had an amazing time with the wildlife- even getting to watch a basilisk run. My mother enjoyed the river views from the hammock on our porches. All of us loved the Zoo and the Cave-tub

Very rustic indeed - the location is in the heart of the wildlife sanctuary. Besides from this, the town of Burell Boom is basically empty of tourist sites. The locals are unlike the ones in Belize City or the Cayes. Don’t expect high quality tours or service, but do expect an au

why would you give any place two stars?? we all realize that it's a 'basic' place when we book, that's exactly the point!!!!!! you should remove your review and keep staying at Holiday Inn's from now on. give me a break
We have a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids, in April 2015. How much are the cabins per night? How far are you from Belize City, and Caves Branch? Do you provide car service from Belize City to the hotel? Thank you,Rebecca Jones
"Mel worked with me by email to select the best rooms for my party. Each is unique."
"Overlooking the river was nice"
"Some of the cabins have air conditioning. Ours was fine with fans. The plus is you hear the howling monkeys, a really incredible sound."
"I stayed on the howler cabin. Very quite and with nice wooden swing in the back porche and amaca facing the river."
"descriptions on web site are good."
