From the airport in Belize city, we took a taxi $35, to the water ferry. We took the water ferry to San Pedro ($30 round trip) which is a 90 minute ride. Once in San Pedro, we took a cab to the resort (approx $15-20). There is always the faster option of taking a short 20 minute flight from the airport to San Pedro in which the hotel will schedule transportation to the resort.
They take all major credit cards from what I saw, just make sure your cc insurer is aware you will be in Belize as they may block foreign transactions as a precaution.
