Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this hotel. Very briefly, my chief concern is outlined below: A dog was barking in a room adjacent to mine, while I was trying to sleep. I had to get up early in the morning to drive home the next day. I called the front desk and the response was, “we are a pet friendly hotel.” In other words, we allow dogs to bark incessantly. I had no problem with pets or being pet friendly, but a loud pet was the problem. Just using the excuse of “we are pet friendly” as if to justify the animal disturbing is not acceptable; there is no difference with this versus If I played my music loud, both situations disturb the peace. When I asked to speak with a manager, she said he doesn’t come back until Monday, and this was Saturday, how convenient.…
I arrived and they had cancelled my reservation then blamed it on me 🙄 I’m a Marriott platinum elite member I can only cancel and I did not , luckily they had rooms available .. my room smelled like mildew , it was dingy , I put the sign up to have them clean it twice they never came .. asked for wake up calls both morning I was there that never happened .. this was definitely the worst courtyard I have been to I switched to the doubletree down the street that’s how dingy it was
I stayed at the Marriott Courtyard on a a short business trip a few weeks ago. What a refreshing and accommodating hotel! The lobby was bright and cheerful, the staff was so friendly and my room was very clean. I loved the modern decor and my bed was very comfortable!
Spent 2 nights at this hotel, which was in the process of "opening up" after COVID. Clean , efficient, quiet. Recommended. There were food options but we didn't partake- close to an outdoor mall with a number of restaurants.
My wife and I stayed here for three days. We were impressed with the facility and staff. There was one very friendly staff person in particular named Angela who remained helpful despite my constant questions. We witnessed her take graceful and professional patience with several guests who were rude with her about covid restrictions. We will certainly be making this our choice hotel for future Atlanta visits.
i checked into the marriott hotel on 8/29/20. The associate that checked me in was remarkable! However the once i got ready to take a shower i noticed there was hair everywhere and the tub still had dirt stains !! So i decided to go down to the front desk, and i spoke with Angela who was NOT empathetic at all. I showed her the photos of the tub and told her how dissatisfied i was. And she said there was nothing she could do. She had to inform the GM. the lack of empathy was mind blowing. We’re in the middle of a pandemic and she showed no remorse what so ever. She forward my messages over to the GM who ”agreed” to give me a $10 credit. I’m highly dissatisfied and disappointed with this management. This room should have been checked throughly, and i should trust that the hotel took the necessary steps to keep each room clean. f the staff did not clean the tub who’s to say they really changed the sheets ?? This is very disturbing how this management and associate went about this. I will NEVER come to this hotel again!!!…
Front desk associates pretty friendly, lobby clean & updated, but the rooms 351 & 355 bathroom needs attention. My mom took a rag & wiped the tub out & it was filthy & my bathroom tub had hair in it. Road noise was a bit much at times, but tolerable. Overall a pleasant stay.
Just to come into Alpharetta for a get away. This Courtyard was good. Front desk personnel was great and proficient. You have a request they was on it quickly. Now the only problem I would say is the the room was perfect with the newly modern look, real nice flat screen tv but the bathroom they should took that into consideration as well. The water pressure from the shower in my room could have been a little stronger. Now the hot water loved it(lol). You have nice restaurants nearby and of course my Walmart right up the street. I would stay again and even though I have been a rewards member for 12 years.
Like all courtyards the property was extra clean. Everything felt spotless and new. Parking was close by and easy. Staff was super friendly. Two things that could be better. 1. The bistro was closed. So no lunch or dinner on property. Since that’s why I chose this hotel when booking I was disappointed. Noisy. I’ve never experienced this at a courtyard. I can hear every car that drives by. It’s not a highway but a very busy street. I can also hear every sound from the room next door. And they aren’t loud. As I was typing this I heard my neighbors soft cough. Tip: ask for a room on the back of hotel. That may help a lot.
Hubby and I often visit here for a stay cation and we love it! Convenient to shopping/dining and comfortable rooms! The suite that provides the separate living space and sofa bed make a movie night great! Grab a pizza, bottle and wine and the hubby and I feel like i'm on a vacay
