This hotel was very, very nice and clean. The front desk staff was very professional and attentive. I had certain requests and they were all complied with. My room was super clean, very good size, had a king size bed studio which included a sofa bed. It had a small kitchen area. The hotel is centrally located and the price was just right. There are plenty of known restaurants within walking distance and the hotel is very accessible to major highways. Located away from the noisy traffic. The breakfast was good, hard boiled eggs, variety of breads, juices, cereals; very clean. If you need to stay in the Roswell-Alpharetta area, I recommend this Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. Hotel is average and shows signs of age. It was fairly clean. The man at checkin on Friday night was courteous. There were no issues getting into the room. It was dark and the air conditioner was off making the room hot. However, once turned on the air conditioner would not stop running. The bed was okay, there was a separate seating area that I didn’t use. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Breakfast and parking are free. Breakfast was very limited. Some bread and bagels, boiled eggs, yogurt and cereal.

My fiance and I spent 2 nights here and could not have had a better experience! As a previous Country Inn front desk agent, I have high standards and they were all met. My family has done quite a bit of travel over the past few months and we have yet to have our room serviced due to Covid concerns, so we were happily surprised when we came back on our second day to see our bed made and room tidied up. Any time we are in Atlanta I will be sure to stay here!

Really appreciate the wonderful customer service, very courteous & accommodating! Good-looking entry way and dining area. Clean comfortable room. And since it's not easy finding a hotel in this area (I know, I went to several different places) with parking available for a 26' RV (travelled from Seattle to live near my grandkids) I highly recommend staying here!!!!!

I wasn't expecting much based on the area, which seemed to be still closed due to COVID. There was no traffic and even the Waffle House next door closed at 2 pm during the week. The gentleman at the front desk was beyond helpful and even helped me get signed up for a points promotion with the hotel brand. My room was clean and was serviced daily by housekeeping. The grounds were clean and the hotel appears to be well maintained.

This is a nice hotel that’s close to 400 and near restaurants and other activities. The rooms are clean but could use an uplift or rather a touch up. Breakfast is okay and nothing special. I stayed at other Country Inn’s and they have hot breakfast. This place does not offer that.

Would not recommend staying here whatsoever. I booked the place because reviews looked good. I was wrong and regret booking this stay. As a gold member with Radisson, upgrades are given based on availability. They had upgraded rooms available but didn’t offer one. Heck, they didn’t even acknowledge gold status but that wasn't even the big deal. The room had stains on towels, pillow case, and comforter. The soap that was in the bathroom had a stack of lint on it (see pictures).
